I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Mr. Fitzgerald, When you and Mrs. Fitzgerald can come in I will introduce you to my friend Angelo a sales Representative...We met Angelo, another great representative from Rallye BMW and now we are waiting for delivery. They parked my car after a recall service on a pile of snow- keep in mind its lowered and has a lot of work done to it. Granted, there was no damage to the car (surprisingly), i still dont appreciate how my seat was moved and they left my car a mess. It seemed like the techs were touching things inside of the cabin, i had streaks of something all over my windshield. The work was great but i dont recommend mechanics treating others cars like their own.

My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!

Sporty, comfortable, well built and reliable. The X6 is a terribly underrated machine. I'd buy it all over again. Best in its class and enjoying every mile in it.

I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

Overall I truly do love this vehicle. Maintenance is easy and pretty standard. Troubleshooting issues is it's biggest downfall. Once you diagnose a repair usually it is more involved than just one fix because there is a chain reaction. But that is to be said with any high end import. The XDrive is great for snow and gives you complete confidence on the road.

I moved from an X5 to an X6 in 2017. I just loved my diesel X5 and wish the gas X5 or X6 performed as well. The car is definitely comfortable and well built. I thought I would go back to an X5, but then test drove the Genesis GV80. After decades as a BMW owner, I have switched and am very happy I did.

I went to the dealership thinking I had a slow tire leak, but it turned out the valve needed to be replaced. Seamus, the service advisor, assisted me and made sure I was seen quickly by a technician. He ensured everything was taken care of and that my tire was in good condition before returning the vehicle to me.

This vehicle feels sporty, comfortable, and safe all in the same moment. How do they design such a perfect ride?? Pure pleasure every time I get in the car and press start. As a previous owner of Mercedes and BMW, this car tops the list.
