We purchased a used vehicle from this location and we were nothing but impressed with good customer service from the sales person over the phone to the test drive...even to the financing...down to earth staff at all angles. What a great experience for a used car purchase of a non-Mercedes! I would definitely recommend them and we will be back again!

I brought my MDX for service because it had stalled while driving and Ken was my appt. consultant. He was a pleasure to work with, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to describe the issues and kept me updated on the progress of the work and related recall service. I have been coming regularly to Mullers for my vehicle needs and its been a grear experience.

Fields BMW of Northfield review
Coming from another dealer closer to home I had discovered Fields BMW in Northfield. Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. Ask for Carrie Shapiro, senior client advisor and she will take the upmost care of you! Everyone in the service department is pleasant to work with! In the past have worked with Jerry M., Ed P, and Chris Goodrich and they all take care of you with the same level of care.

These guys are great! Sold me a super clean car. The showroom was super clean as well. Every car looked pristine. Financing took the longest but they got me a very good rate so I'm not complaining! I shopped around before I came to Prestige but their car looked brand new compared to the other ones I saw at other dealerships. You can tell they take pride in the cars they sell.

I’m very happy with my experience here! Both our Salesman BRIAN and the finance manager MAX are great at what they do! Brian is very professional and responsive and got me in the door and Max was able to get me out of the door financed! I’m not an easy credit profile so I appreciate all the dedication and expertise Max put into finding me financing and structuring it to fit my needs and I’m happy Brian was the salesman that responded to my internet inquiry and advocated for me in the first place! All around I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I love my new Land Rover Velar! Highly recommend!!!

McGrath BMW of Elmhurst review
Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

Alex was a huge help during our visit and was knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. He was super kind during our test drive and open. Honesty is very much required for this kind of purchase and I found that in Alex and the whole team. Financing and great options were presented professionally without games like other dealers.
2021 BMW X6 review
Purchased in March 2021, I have enjoyed every one of the 20000+ miles driven. Comfort, power, appearance - and truly exceptional gas mileage (29+ mpg highway) - have made it my passion to be on the road in this car at every opportunity. Elegant, refined luxury, with all the computer assists available in a 21st century, driver-oriented car

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Their inventory of luxury vehicles is truly impressive—every car was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly selected with quality in mind. What surprised me most was the incredible value they offer. I was able to purchase a high-end luxury vehicle at a price that was significantly better than what I found elsewhere. The customer service was equally impressive. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pressuring me into a sale. They were transparent throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a quality luxury vehicle at an amazing price with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend this dealership. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending them to friends and family.

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.

Just upgraded my chevy trax which I loved to an Equinox AWD and they made the process smooth and easy from initial inquiry to handing me the keys, seamless! The team at Martin is great and their loyalty program makes buying an easy decision!

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj
2016 BMW X6 review
I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

This car is much more comfortable than other mid-size SUVs we test drove. Luxurious seating and small details that sets this car apart from the competition. Very sleek look! AND when you want to "giddy up" - it giddies up and GOES! The engine power is awesome!
