this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

Voice activated assistant understands common commands and responds appropriately. Mild hybrid supports outstanding fuel mileage and range. Twin turbo is powerful and quick with no lag. This is the finest vehicle I have ever owned.

Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.

I started searching for a certified 2019, BMW X3, last October 2020. Through CARS.com I found several places within 100 miles from my home. I then started the elimination process based on equipment packages, price, miles driven, etc. Once I found the car that came closed to what I wanted I contacted that dealership, in this case, McKenna BMW. Immediately I received an email from a salesman named Stanley and we talked about my expectations, what I was looking for, and how I wanted to handle a purchase if everything I wanted was met by the dealer. Stanley was humble, professional, honest and more importantly he listened to my requests and concerns. With the information I provided him with he searched his inventory and found me a 2020, BMW X3, with only 5K miles (demo car) with the packages I was looking for. The price was also only $1400 more than an older model with more miles. He provided me with all the necessary info and websites available to start a purchase process with the understanding that not until I saw and test drove the car that I would make my final decision. We then set an appointment date and time to finally meet and see the car. I live approximately 89 to 101 miles from the dealership so I did not want to waste my time or the dealership’s, I wanted everything to be easy and ready for a final decision. Upon arrival at the dealership we were met by nice friendly people and then finally met Stanley and his manager. They never pressured me into buying the car, they explained the purchase process, warranty, etc. The BMW was what I had been looking for, I test drove it and because we had initiated the purchase process days prior (finance approval, down payment, and monthly payments) the rest of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I want to thank CARS.com for making my vehicle search a fun and easy one and I especially want to thank McKenna BMW for working with me to find me the car I’ve been dreaming about for the last 4 months.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want
