I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and Heather was my service advisor. From the moment I arrived she was fantastic. She greeted me right away, made the process easy, kept me updated by text, and was incredibly helpful when my car needed to be kept overnight. When I picked up my car the next morning Heather was out of office, but Jesus assisted me and he was great as well. What really stood out was that Heather still followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.
