Porsche South Orlando review
From the moment you walk into the showroom, you can feel the prestige of the Porsche brand. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Cody, my Porsche Sales Consultant, made the buying process smooth and efficient. He completed all of the paperwork quickly, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. There were no hidden fees or surprises?before signing, every number and every cost was clearly presented. The vehicle delivery was fast and seamless. I am very happy with my Porsche Cayenne and would gladly recommend Porsche South Orlando!

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

Best price and best customer experience! Steve is the best salesman! I recommend to everyone.
2023 BMW X7 review
Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

I’ve been with Fields BMW over a span of 3 cars including this X1 and everyone especially my former agent Chris Wettenef (I’m very disappointed to find out he’s not in this dealer anymore) but just the same, Ty is also very knowledgeable, kind, kind and very attuned to my needs. He is very courteous to me an old woman who knows nothing about cars but to drive. Ty is a very great asset to this company.
2024 BMW X7 review
Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

I bought my car on 8/16/2025 and had the pleasure of working with Mathew Andrade. He’s an excellent salesman—very professional, kind, and easy to work with. I recommend asking for him if you’re looking to purchase a car. On the finance side, I had to switch the car from my business name to my personal name, and both the sales manager and finance department made the process smooth. Even when I pushed hard on my interest rate and monthly payment, they stayed patient, professional, and willing to work with me. Great overall experience!

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
2021 BMW X7 review
I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

Interior styling and comfort are second to none. Quality of fit and finish is what you would expect from a German luxury vehicle. New screen and apps are all very intuitive and responsive. Voice activated assistant understands common commands and responds appropriately. Mild hybrid supports outstanding fuel mileage and range. Twin turbo is powerful and quick with no lag. This is the finest vehicle I have ever owned.

Went in for a recall question. Staff right away offered to fix the recall. 2 hour wait in a nice clean lounge with great coffee and snacks.
2020 BMW X7 review
A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

2023 BMW X7 review
I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

Kelley Buick GMC of Bartow review
I had an excellent experience at Kelley Buick GMC. From start to finish, the team treated me with professionalism, honesty, and respect. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail without pressure, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. A special thanks to Gustavo Sanchez and Russell Hernandez — both went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the best fit for me. The finance process was straightforward, the dealership was clean and welcoming, and I never once felt rushed or “sold.” If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service and treats you right, Kelley Buick GMC is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle.

2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

Very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I was helping my grandson car shop but he made a decision on a different vehicle. I liked the car so much that I almost bought it for myself.

Fields BMW Lakeland review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Albert Darby & Fields BMW Lakeland If you’re looking for a Service Advisor who treats you like family and guards your interests like a seasoned defender, then let me introduce you to Mr. Albert Darby at Fields BMW Lakeland. Albert has this uncanny ability to always be exactly where I need him — no matter how early I show up. I’m convinced he either sleeps in the service bay or has a cot tucked behind the counter, because he’s always there, greeting me with that calm, professional confidence that says, “Don’t worry, I’ve got your back.” And he does. Every single time. One of the things I appreciate most is how he knows precisely how long a job should take. He doesn’t let anything slip past him. If something runs long, he’s already on it. If something finishes early, he’s the first to let me know. It’s like having a personal service bodyguard — watching the clock, the details, and the whole operation so I don’t have to. This last visit, my BMW had been sitting under a blanket of Florida pollen thick enough to start its own ecosystem. When I came back to pick it up, I nearly walked past it — because it was spotless. Gleaming. The kind of shine where you see your reflection in the side panel and think, Well now, that’s a handsome fellow right there. Smooth lines, mirror finish, the whole nine yards. And let me not forget the wonderful young woman at checkout — friendly, efficient, and helpful. She makes the final step of the visit just as pleasant as the first. I’ve been walking into dealerships for over 50 years, and I can say without hesitation that Fields BMW Lakeland treats me better than any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Every visit is consistent: professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. If you want the best service, the best people, and the best experience from the moment you pull in to the moment you drive away, go see the team at Fields BMW Lakeland — and especially Albert Darby, the man who seems to never leave until every customer is taken care of.
