Had a great experience with Pro Motorcars purchasing my Lamborghini Urus. The whole process was smooth, easy, and professional from start to finish. The team was helpful, knowledgeable, and made buying such a special vehicle a great experience. I would definitely recommend Pro Motorcars to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.
2023 BMW X7 review
Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

Jonathan Wright was superb and very outstanding with his courtesy and his professionalism. I’m beyond pleased with service that’s being provided… R. E.
2024 BMW X7 review
My car has most options that are available, I don't have the rear wheel steering only because it wasn't available to me at the time. Over all I love the drive, comfort and styling in and out. I wish they would have left the full size shifter instead of just a knob for shifting. Also on the rear doors they removed the courtesy door lights, you do have the lights that illuminate your path as you approach the vehicle. And it would be nice if when you order the trailer hitch you can steal use the kick to open the rear hatch. This vehicle has so many features that youtube can help with. I would buy another one.

2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage and was very satisfied with my salesman Hunter, he was very personable as well as professional. He also followed up with me days after the purchase ! I would definitely refer family/friends/strangers to purchase a vehicle here !
2021 BMW X7 review
I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

Fletcher Jones Motorcars review
This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

This is my third purchase from these guys and it’s always a great experience! This time I was looking for a Brabus, and Shawn went out of his way to help me source exactly what I wanted. Super easy process, great communication, and always an amazing selection of cars. Definitely ask for Shawn and his team!
2019 BMW X7 review
This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

2020 BMW X7 review
A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle if not the best experience. Working with Luis and Danny Lee was one the easiest processes in buying a car. The dealership was curious and very professional. They weren't pushy or anything. I worked with Luis over email and he figured what I wanted and when I arrived at the dealership my BMW was ready. I got the speak with Ross the manager and he wasn't pushy he asked if I was happy with the vehicle and said to take my time in making my decision.

Whenever my wife?s Z4 needs service she always asks for Victoria Guthery to be her Service Advisor. Victoria takes the time to listen and to ask the right questions so that her technicians can resolve our issues the first time. When I scheduled our last visit, I asked if someone could go on a test drive with me to better understand the problem, and within a few minutes of arriving for our appointment, she had a technician ready to go. Victoria always keeps us updated on our car?s status and follows up afterwards to insure we are satisfied. Whenever I can?t go with my wife I have total confidence Victoria will take care of her and treat her fairly.

Great experience with Mike Walter! Friendly, no pressure, reserved car ahead of time for us to drive 2 hours to view the next day. Highly recommend.
2024 BMW X7 review
Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

This dealership was honest and up front with me. I was interested in a truck. I sent a email about it, they responded very quickly and seemed interested in assisting. Before I got to the dealer the truck was sold. No problem with that. Someone got their first. What I liked is the dealer let me know before making a 80 mile drive the truck was gone. I recommend this place.

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

Irvine BMW review
Thank you very much Vas Hronas for the outstanding service we received with the 2023 X3 purchase this past Saturday. We met you back in February and we remained loyal to you while we traveled for a few months and relocated in Irvine this month and you remained loyal to us in delivering A+ service. As you know this is my seventh BMW - starting with the 1999 M3 that year and all financed through BMW Financials and most importantly this is Apple’s first and her dreaming in owning a BMW has come true. We appreciate loyalty and BMW has now reached my 25years Club alongside with Amex, JP Morgan, Marriott and Ritz Carlton. We consider BMW the “Ritz Carlton of autos” and your service aligns with this special brand.
