My service consultant Oscar kept me abreast of my VW's servicing all throughout the day with text messages and emails. I can say without hesitation that I have never experienced this level of attentiveness from any service department. The shuttle drivers were awesome coming and going. When I arrived back at the service area I was directed immediately to the cashier who pleasantly checked me out. My experience with the last VW dealership/service department/management in NW Indiana was a case study in ugliness and will never be forgotten.

I called on a Navigator that they had in stock. I was an hour away, but he sales manager told me that the car may have an engine problem and they are taking it offer the lot. I was happy that they did not make me drive all the way out there and try to flip me in to something else.

Bought a X7 40 3 weeks ago and have put 1100 miles on it. I can honestly say that it is the most comfortable and refined vehicle we have ever owned. The 40 engine is plenty fast, and it is so smooth that you think you are going 55 when you look down and you are at 80! We traded in a 2018 Volvo XC90 that couldn’t hold a candle up to the X7’s drive, comfort, and luxury. The 3rd row is the biggest I’ve seen and accessing it is simple as touching a button, unlike the XC90 that I could never figure out how to move the 2nd row seats out of the way. Reliability is hard to gauge this early on but so far so good.
To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. It’s almost a year since I have been driving my Range Rover Evoque . This vehicle is very reliable and good on gas. It’s a strong vehicle but elegant at the same time . The vehicle speaks for itself . I am very grateful to Richard Cohen from Land Rover in Huntington because he has been amazing from day one when I sat at his desk going over different vehicles until I walked out the door with the keys to my vehicle . My experience with Land Rover in Huntinton Long Island has been wonderful . From day one the staff was very professional . Beautifully built and solid features. The air suspension is phenomenal and makes for a very smooth ride. I’ve had this for a 10 days and living in Minnesota already experiences a late winter 15” storm. The traction control is very good too. While the large grille was dissed initially- in person the car is gorgeous with the grills perfectly proportioned.
I have a 2019 Mazda CX-3 and I've been in for service twice (FIrst oil change and the Android Auto/Apple Car play update). Both visits were exactly as scheduled and quick. In the past 12 years I have purchased Acura, Jeep, Subaru, Ford, BMW and Tesla vehicles. Mazda of Rowell's service is among the best customer experiences I have had. Great job!

Loved the style of the X7 for the wife’s daily driver, they offered to let me drive it and the performance was incredible... Traded a 2017 Lexus 570 that felt like a barge compared to the BMW. After two weeks and 800 miles of use, once or twice I felt a slight hesitatation in the drivetrain. Once it gave me a warning of possible driveline malfunction. This afternoon I had to drive my Son to catch a flight about 150 miles away. About two hours into the trip approaching heavy traffic in Orlando Fl. In the middle lane of the Florida turnpike the engine starts surging and cuts-off. After slowing to a crawl.. flashers on someone let’s me over to the emergency lane. It wouldn’t start while rolling shifter in Neutral. I come to a complete stop turn everything off open doors. I get it to start after 5 mins and I get going but barley, feels like it lost a cylinder or turbo..misfiring like crazy. After 3 minutes of running smoothly it starts running roughly again..I did this same thing about 5,6 times trying to get a exit, each time it restarted it ran about half as long as the last reset.Long story short... my son called a lyft driver to catch his flight and I sat for an hour and a half waiting for BMW Roadside assistance. The dealership in Orlando was geese that’s too bad, you didn’t buy it from us... no loaner car. I called back to Tom Bush in Jacksonville and the two dealers did step up and helped me with a loaner car on a Saturday afternoon...Thank you Tom Bush and Fields BMW in Orlando.
Back to the X7 for a brand new car being two weeks old and a purchase price of a $139,000. I don’t expect to be stranded on the side of the road for hours.. further more BMW refused to have it shipped back to Jacksonville where I bought it saying it has to go to the nearest dealership. I told them that I couldn’t arrange for a loaner the woman says do you have anyone that can come get you? I would seriously not recommend this vechicle at this time, I can’t remember the last time a car left me stranded...probably 40 years ago when I was a teenager and ran it dry of fuel.
One more quick note after washing the car the rear view camera quits working until you dry it out and you have to open and close each door to reset the camera? What kind of quality is this.. I’d take the barge of the Lexus back in a minute... I’m just grateful that I was driving and not my wife sitting on the side of the road waiting for this unreliable piece of garbage to be towed!
Saturday I left with my new BMW lease vehicle. Stephen Cornell was very helpful in getting me through this process and explaining/detailing the options of the vehicle. I was shopping different SUVs and this process took more than a month in my research. I am very happy with the vehicle --know that I'll be back for help with all of the bells and whistles!!
I recommend Stephen Cornell and Tom in the finance dept. They were excellent!!
Ryan leach is the sales who helped me smoothly transition from previously leased 3 series to x1 recently. He helped shorten the buying process and all beyond my expectation.

The driver's door would not close last Saturday, April 28, 2018. I called BMW and spoke with Antywon. He was able to give great directions to get door to close. We also made an appointment to have door checked on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Car was dropped off at 7:00 am. Jeremy was there with the courtesy SUV. The Lady sharing the SUV needed to be at work at 7:30 am. Jeremy asked if he could drop her off first so she could be on time. She was gracious for this service and adjustment with order of delivery to our jobs. I left my lunch in the car. I called Antywon! He stated car would be ready in 15 minutes. He would call Jeremy and get him to pick me up on his way back to the BMW Service Department. Jeremy picked me up! I got my car and lunch! It is a great feeling to experience hospitality, professional relationship with the people in the service department. I checked with Jack about his son. We talked about graduation and state soccer meet coming up for his son! They take an interest in my job and I look forward to sharing stories from the elementary school!

The 4.0 is version is responsive, and powerful for what I need it to do. Whether you are driving the country backroads or cruising down the highway it was very comfortable.
I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed. The vehicle couldn't be properly checked out because regular things like remote etc were not working. I agreed to buy the vehicle because I liked the vehicle and trusted Crest's reputation. Things got complicated when some of the important options were not working after the services were completed. The salesman (Jolly) was understanding, but the manager (Steve) didn't want to fix anything else on the vehicle. Luckily, the malfunctioning options only needed proper operation.and adjustments. 2 days after the vehicle was picked up, we noticed that the A/C was not functioning properly. The vehicle was taken back to Crest for diagnosis. A rental vehicle was provided while the vehicle was being serviced. The service department initially requested that I pay $400.00 of the cost of $1,600.00 to get it fixed. They later waived the $400.00 charge. Although I had some problems with the buying experience, the eventual result was positive. The 5* is to show appreciation for the commitment to customer satisfaction.
Appreciate the support for my i3 was able to charge efficiently on 2 hours. Enjoyed your facilities while waiting your people were quite enjoyable. Thanks again
