Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.

So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

I traded a 2012 BMW X6M for my (now) 2015 M235i. The X6M was a great car...but no longer needed the extra room or power that it had. The M235i also has great features and plenty fast for me...plus I wanted another convertible. This is my 3rd Beemer...and all have been excellent cars.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.
