Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

My Allstate insurance agent sent me a list of recommendations of used vehicles fitting my style and referred me to Auto Nation in Cerritos. Made an appt for test drive met with awesome salesmen I spoke with on the phone and the gentleman that handled the paperwork. The sales mgr and the gentleman that finalized the sale. The BMW M2 Competition is more fun than anything that's more practical, and more practical than anything that's more fun. Handling and acceleration are fantastic. It's a thrill and a joy to drive. The front seats are supportive and infinitely adjustable. The rear seats are actually usable in a pinch. The trunk is voluminous, and the rear seats fold down to provide space for large amounts of cargo. The GPS and tech features are intuitive, and work very well. This is my fifth BMW and my second M car, and it's my favorite by far!

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. I bought a BMW i8 roadster used in January of 2024. So far the car has been a blast to drive has been getting great gas mileage and the looks and questions are endless! Everyday feels like you're stepping into the future when you get in. The car is ultra silent in electric mode and has a throaty (albeit electronically produced) growl when the gas engine kicks in. The massive depreciation off the initially sky high price has made these an affordable supercar if you want something exotic yet practical. I'm using mine as a daily driver and get over 35 miles per gallon even with "spirited" driving.

BMW 440i xDrive Coupe: I have owned several BMW's over the years. During my 4 years of ownership, this was the finest of them all! BMW underrates their engines, and this 440i was noticeably stronger than my previous 335i and almost no turbo lag. The transmission is flawless. The xDrive 440i is deceptively quick. Everything worked as it should, and I never had any issues. The ride is firm but not harsh, I had the adaptive suspension and when activated, it was like driving a go cart. The electronic steering was not as engaged as previous model hydraulic steering yet the low-speed steering in parking lots was much easier to maneuver, I will take the tradeoff. This vehicle has minimal sway in the corners and will go where you point it. Sometimes you don't realize how good this vehicle is till you drive a lesser vehicle (as when renting). The leather wrapped steering wheel was perfect feel and the heated steering wheel was never too hot. The seats are infinitely adjustable and supportive. The BOSE radio is very good for an OEM and has many optional tuning choices available. The HUD (Heads Up Display) is fabulous! The power, smoothness and deceptively quiet interior even at excessive speeds, this vehicle maintains its composure. This vehicle breeds confidence making it all too easy to drive fast, very fast. The back seats fold down, and I was able to put my mountain bike in the truck (with front wheel removed) so this has a large storage area. This vehicle is just the right size, I personally like the coupe better than the sedan with its sloped aerodynamic rear deck. I would highly recommend this vehicle for anyone seeking a sport coupe, this hits all the right buttons, well done BMW!
