While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!

I have not drive a car in better handling and performance than this car, most certainly recommend this to anyone looking for some car which would be worth the value.
Came in to get my tire pressure checked and received great customer service. I was able to speak with some of the staff and they were so nice.

BMW has simply not figured out the hybrid technology. I currently own 2 BMW’s and have owned 4 or 5 over the years and this is the only one I’ve ever had any trouble with. Over 8 months of ownership it was in the shop more than my garage. I literally put more miles on their loaner cars and rental cars than my own vehicle. Far too many issue to detail out here but be extremely cautious with any hybrid purchase.
I can honestly say that I actually LOOK FORWARD to bringing my car in for service because everyone is always professional, friendly and patient. Especially Amanda Suraci, who always takes the time to explain the recommended services as well as my options. Amanda is a GREAT employee and Autohaus is a great dealership!

Just bought this pre-owned car with just over 33,000 miles. Very comfortable cabin, tons of space in the trunk/hatchback. Not quite as much pick-up/pep as the lighter 3 series BMW’s, but drives great.
I just wanted to acknowledge the incredible automotive repair service and customer care I recently received from the Autohaus BMW team. After being subjected to an incredibly frustrating repair issue at my hometown BMW dealership, I made the trip down to Autohaus BMW and was treated as a truly valued customer and my automotive issue was quickly resolved. The difference in dealership customer service standards could not have been more apparent.....thank you Autohaus!

I traded a 535i and the 340 isn’t a downgrade in quality. Actually, it is smaller, sportier, handles and performs better which are the things I was seeking.
Linda Schaefer is best service manager I've ever worked with. She genuinely cares about providing the best customer experience possible, and always takes the time to walk you through what is required and what are your options.

This is a well designed car from top to bottom. The motor, performance, and driving dynamics are excellent, while still being very comfortable to drive on short or long hauls.
Exterior design is eye catching. Fit and finish of materials is excellent. MSport pkg adds nice mechanical and visual features, which set the car apart from the other 3-series on the road.
While not a large car, the interior has adequate room for full-sized adults, with more rear leg room than in previous models.
Gas mileage is respectable at 29.5 mpg on hghwy and 26 mpg for mixed driving.
Suggested option pkgs: Msport, technology, driver assist.
Great service! Always appreciate the timeliness and completeness. Great waiting area!!! And if I need a loaner.. no issue. It???s a joy to go to Autohaus for service, even if I couldn???t get my car there this time.

The car met my exterior styling requirements with a superior interior to match . I exclusively wanted an original black rim not aftermarket which is extremely rare on this vehicle. It took a while but cars.com eventually helped me locate one outside my city.
Never had a bad experience with the service department. Top notch dealership. Would not take our 750 any place else. Chris and Mike are amazing,
A reliable car for a young professional

I was looking for a reliable car to start my professional career, something to get me back and forth to work without issue. This car is that car. It has great handling, the design looks good, and it has parking assist features. The only things that I dislike about the car are that there is no sunroof and that there is no navigation in my model.
Everyone at Autohaus BMW has outstanding customer service and they always strive to keep the customer happy, which is very much appreciated. My service advisor(Patti) is absolutely amazing. She doesn't make me feel like I'm forced or rushed to make any decisions when it comes to my vehicle. I definitely recommend Autohaus BMW for all of your vehicles needs!

It's a great car but you have to make sure the maintenance is done. That's why I purchased the maintenance program. You cant beat 2k for 3 years worth of maintenance. BMW has the game rigged with that deal. Then Anthony zabala over at BMW of Ontario makes the whole process so much better.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My 2016 BMW 328 GT is the best 3 series I’ve had since 2004. The car has more interior space. The hatchback makes it easier to remove and place packages in the rear of the car. Overall the car is fun to drive.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

We bought it because the reviews said it was built on 7 underpinnings, and thus had the same ride. Well, we were thinking about trading in our older 7, and knew how nice the ride was, and once we test drove it, we new the promo was true. AND, we get better gas mileage with the turbo6 and 8 speed tranny. Nice car !
Although I made my purchase over the phone. Dealing with Patrick was among the very good and pleasant car buying experiences for me. He was available ASAP to answer all my questions. he was there to help me after the sale too.

Love driving it but always nervous about the service codes popping up in my face for repairs. One must get extended warranty or go broke
Your service personnel are fantastic especially Brandy. She went out of her way to rescue me twice during a recent repair service. Everyone there is very helpful and really makes an effort to ensure the customer is satisfied, but Brandy is a wonder!!

This car is so stylish and drives great! It’s a 4WD which will be great for the winter. It’s also great with gas. I am very happy with it so far!
I live in Delaware and it was my first time buying a car out of state from unknown source. But Blake was great and made process easy even though I was nervous. I'd definitely buy another car from here! Have had my jaguar almost 4 months and have loved it every minute. Thanks Blake!

I owned 2018 BMW 750 Li for few month. The car looks great and has great exterior design. Interior is beautiful as well. Engine is very responsive and car literally floats in sports mode. Driving is great .
But I never had the feel of luxurious smooth ride of S Class.
After few months rear sun roof stopped working , then front passenger seat sensor went faulty. Followed by a very unprofessional experience with BMW Dealership as they handed me car after fixing before mentioned things but with faulty oil and brake fluid sensors and bad configuration of car computer showing next service due in Dec 2001.
In next few days I started having trouble opening my trunk. It was not expected from car this expensive and this Brand . I agree to one of the review here that this car will loose half of the value of its sticker price even in same year with few thousand kms on it . Moreover even BMW won’t give you good price while trading it back to them , so they don’t stand behind their own product .
My strong recommendation to those who consider buying it , please do your thorough research as in my opinion S Class is way better car in reliability and driving comforts . I am feeling relieved that its gone now . I traded it for 2019 Merc GLS and happy about it. Will be buying S again in 2022 after design overhaul.

My wife wanted a BMW so we bought one. Maintenance costs are out of this world. Local dealer is crooked as a snake. What a disappointment.
