I recently (as in 3 days ago) purchased my Nissan Armada from Blasius Chevrolet in Waterbury. I worked directly with Max Dragone. He was professional from start to finish, working with what we had to offer and negotiated well on our behalf. The car is great so far. The deals offered (lifetime tire package as well as lifetime warranty package) were pretty good and made sense.

Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I thought I should have gotten a better price on the car but who doesn’t? Kahled was my salesman and I couldn’t have had a better person. He is a very caring person and does his best to make everything in the deal go right, for the business and the customer.

Service at the BMW dealership of North Haven always run smoothly. Provided with a car if service is lengthy. The service staff is courteous and friendly.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. My wife and I were in the market for an affordable/safe first car for our daughter. When I saw a car we were interested in that was within our budget at an Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealership I was dubious. We set up an appointment and met with Tyler. We were a bit intimidated when we walked in and saw the tiny little Chevy Sonic parked among all those high end vehicles. From the first second we walked in we were treated as if we were there to buy a $100,000 car instead of the 6k one. The entire staff there is great and made the nerve racking process of buying a pre owned car a fun one. They alieved all of our concerns and even insisted on fixing an issue we found with the vehicle. We would recommend this dealership to anyone no matter what their budget. Side note. While signing the papers the owner of the dealership came and sat down to thank us for our business. Thats better customer service than when I bought 40k cars. Well done.

I bought my 2018 530 a few months ago. I commute 11 miles each way to and from work. The distance is ideal for the 14 mile battery range. I charge at work and get a credit for using the night rate at home. The 530e is one of the best cars I've owned. I bought my first 5 Series in 1984 and have always loved BMW's.
