Mike Young Buick GMCReviews
Mike Young Buick GMC review
I cannot say enough good things about the service received at this dealership. After attempting to do business with my local GMC dealer, I was less than impressed and decided I would look nationwide. Found a few trucks and just before making a move I came across one for sale at Mike Young GMC in Frankenmuth. The truck checked all the boxes I wanted and was much closer, so I reached out to them. Sam responded, and after great communication, I made the 3hr. drive to see it in person. Truck was just as described, so I proceeded with purchase...and I love the truck. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. After some time, I noticed a couple minor quirks with the truck. I once again attempted to utilize my local dealer for warranty work, as they are only 1 mile from my house (Mike Young GMC is close to 200 miles away). Again received terrible service from local dealer...so I reached out to Mike Young Frankenmuth. Immediately, they addressed my concerns with sincerity and dispatched a team to collect my truck from over 3 hrs. away! Left me with a fantastic loaner, and kept my truck for a little over a week in order to attempt proper diagnosis. Problems were resolved and they once again sent a team to deliver my truck and collect the loaner. Throughout the entire process, Mike Young GMC staff were top-notch...from Sam in sales, the finance team (can't remember names), to service after-the-fact with Tyler...everyone was fantastic to work with. Their eagerness to earn my business, honesty, transparency & integrity were apparent. So much so, that going forward, this is the only place I will buy and service a vehicle from again. Those qualities are worth the drive, especially on such a big purchase.

Service was fantastic! They addressed my concerns quickly. 4 star for quality of repairs only because some parts are on back order. Vehicle was apparently damaged in transit. Not happy about that but Eric, Harley, and team were amazing! Extremely satisfied. Top tier customer service.

Shaun was excellent at listening to the type of vehicle I was looking for, and also was great at sticking with the terms I was comfortable with financially. I never felt pressured into anything involving this transaction. In fact, I expressed that I had a negative experience with another dealership, he went above and beyond to take good care of me. I am very satisfied with my car buying experience and recommend Shaun and Garber Buick if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Unlimited Motors review
This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio

2024 Buick Enclave review
This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.

Oil Change. Service was fast and thorough. The tech sent a video of all my specs during the oil change. They rotated my tires. I was able to drop my car off and they delivered it back to my job so that was very helpful

Crippen GMC Mazda Volvo review
I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

I call john Silly on the phone and wanted to lean about 2 veicles I was concidering. He was extremely knowledgable and very good at at his profression. What I liked most is he offered NO "pressure" to make me buy now! He did not turn me over to the F&I guy A.K.A. "The Closer" at most dealers. John gave me a payment that exceeded my expectations, and I did choose to buy the tire and the whel warranty, because he really made it understandable with the benefits. He has will get referals from my company. Thanks John Sillysavage!

Matick Buick GMCReviews
Matick Buick GMC review
When we were looking for a car last November we were lucky enough to have Steve wait on us. Steve made sure we got everything we wanted and more. Steve is professional knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with. Steve made sure everything went smooth and easy and stress-free when buying a vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or Steve at Matick Buick. In June we needed some body work done. We called Steve and he got us in right away and took care of the problem. Steve is on his A-game and always takes your calls. Again everything worked out smooth and easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Matic Buick for any of your vehicle needs and ask for Steve as your salesman. You will never be disappointed. We hope Matic Buick in Southfield realizes how fortunate they are they have a salesperson who is as dedicated as Steve is.
