I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Bought 2021 Lincoln Aviator in late 2020. Bought Black Label which carries special extra service/support perks including pick up and delivery with loaner vehicles. Most recent service was a recall replacement of rear pillar appliqu�s. Driver Ubered to my house, took my vehicle for service and returned post service same day. Calls and texts kept me informed throughout. No loaner was available and this was not the first time. Under warranty service was good and done well. Service during covid was somewhat problematic, but understandable. Buying process was not great -- pressure sale that kept us at the dealership much of a day. Terms were OK, but high pressure resulted in a purchase that was not ideal for our particular situation.

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Our 1st service visit to this dealership was SUPER. Our Service Advisor, Jim Berlin was absolutely a very good Service Advisor. His display of knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness went beon great. He did everything possible to help handle the un-expected repair costs. We know the service was needed and feel it was a fair price for what needed to be repaired. I bought a 2015 Lexus NX200t with 65K miles. Andre was my salesperson and let me take my time looking at the vehicle. The vehicle was a one owner so it's in good shape. What everyone needs to remember is that these are used vehicles, so they are not perfect. You have time to look at the Carfax and look over the vehicle. My only beef was that they add almost $1500 for 3 years of LoJack and the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas. But they tell you about everything on the purchase agreement. Everything from dealer fees to taxes are on the sellers agreement. If you don't agree with a fee or service don't buy the vehicle. If you don't know much about condition and wear and tear, bring someone who does. Don't buy a vehicle then complain that you don't agree with something because you didn't do your homework or read the Carfax. Thanks to Andre, Manuel and Leo.

I just purchased my 6th car from Sport Mazda North, and my 5th from "VIP Customer Care Expert" Zee Saidi. I started doing business with them around 1998 when they were named Fairbanks Mazda. I've always been pleased, and never disappointed. Having bought cars from Zee for over 20 years, I've always been impressed by his thoughtfulness. Several times, they did not have what I was looking for, but every time, Zee would give me a call in a week or so, as soon as they got in what I wanted. My recent purchase was a beautiful but older used car with just a few known issues. It was already listed with a steep discount. Knowing how much the repairs would be, I got exactly the deal I asked for. The process of buying a car can involve some "negotiating." Overall, I've found this dealership always honest and forthcoming, and Zee will go to work for you if you need more information about any specific part of the deal, be it financial or technical. I also have to shout-out to Ray Navas in the service department. He's got another mazda of mine in the shop but he has kept me in the loop the whole time with updates. The Certified Used Car warranty process is just as easy as you would hope it would be! If your'e looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend Sport Mazda North, and try to find Zee if you can. You may just have to wait in line!

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.
