Great experience, arrived at my appointment time and was promptly met By a rep and taken to service rep Demetrius. Demetrius was very helpful and provided me with a completion time. When advised that I was not waiting I was informed that Tasca had a shuttle that could take me home. My vehicle was ready when promised. Thanks Tasca for a great job and your professionalism and kindness. You have a new customer.

Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington review
I recently had a mechanical emergency with my vehicle. My car was towed to the service center at Key Automotive in the evening hours. I received a friendly phone call from Ethan in the service department first thing the next the morning. Ethan’s customer service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired by noon. The atmosphere when picking up my vehicle was professional and friendly. They had even washed my vehicle before I arrived! Even though this is not a local automotive facility for me, I will be back for all of my sales and service needs!

Payless Car Sales - ValleyReviews
Payless Car Sales - Valley review
Best car purchase experience EVER! Avi (Awais Ali) literally went above and beyond. I found my car "Hope" online, called Avi! I was unable to come and see the car in real life and he made it work! We facetimed, talked about all the things I wanted and he verified the tow package and other parts of the car that were important to me. Insurance did what it does and took forever, but he was patient and reassuring and in the end I got my car! I was also unable to come to the store to get it and he arranged to have it dropped off, clean and shiny and then joined my family in my home for paper signing! This was the most efficient and easy transaction of my life. Thank you Avi, you are a gem! I would recommend him to ANYONE!

2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

Mercedes-Benz of LafayetteReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette review
Update (One Week Later): I would like to provide an update to my previous review. Since expressing my concerns, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette reached out promptly and took the necessary steps to fully address the issue with my vehicle. I have now been driving my car for a week, and I can genuinely say it feels smoother and more refined — a noticeable improvement that I truly appreciate. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Hunter for taking the time to personally look into the matter and ensure that the issue was properly corrected. Thank you as well to Edwin, my service advisor, for your guidance throughout the process, and to Charity for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. Your efforts played a significant role in restoring my confidence in the service department. I recognize and appreciate when a business takes accountability and works diligently to make things right. Friendly and very easy to wok with. Will definitely be back when I need another vehicle.
2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

It waa so easy to purchase this car. It was a really great deal, they were flexible and quick, and he even took an extra $100 since it was my daughter's first car. Will definitely go back when I need a car for myself!
