2023 Buick Envision review
My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I bought a 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost from this dealership. Mike was excellent, he let me take the vehicle for a solo test drive and also offered to have me take it home to show my wife 40 miles away. They were willing to work within my budget and did not haggle me to stretch my dollars. Kevin was also excellent, willing to work with me to be able to get the truck. He returned every call and Mike even drove down to meet me for the VIN check. I went to several well known dealerships and wasn't interested in working with me at all, even when I had excellent credit and was already approved for the loan. This team at Prestige is awesome and the cars/trucks are MINT!!!! Do not buy anywhere else, you will be wasting a lot of weekends trying to find a better deal. Very Happy! I recently purchased a Cadillac XT4 from Bob Pion in Chicopee. My salesman, Ric Tereso, was very helpful and made the sale a smooth one. After the purchase I did have a problem with the car within two weeks and it was in their repair shop for 10 days with some type of electrical failure. Needless to say I was not happy, but Bob Pion did provide me a vehicle to use for the entire time so I wasn't without transportation. Joe in repair kept me updated daily as to the situation, even though I was probably difficult to deal with! The problem was within the circuitry so was difficult to diagnose. I was quite leery about taking the vehicle back since at that point I did not think it to be reliable, but Sara worked with me to extend my warranty a bit so that I would feel more comfortable with the car. Problems do arise with auto purchases from time-to-time, but to me it is how the dealer handles the problem that makes the difference. I am very happy with how Sara and Ric handled things and am very pleased with my Cadillac!! Thanks very much for going above and beyond to work with me!!
2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.
