We started at the Manager’s Special price reduction of almost $8,000 which CARFAX rated as a GREAT BUY. We began a harmonious negotiation which also included a fair price for our trade-in. The Sales Manager Josque Mena worked to support my Salesman Irvin in a positive no pressure manner. My Salesman Irvin was very personable in providing me information and answering every question. He was like “my wing man” providing me with the knowledge to make a well informed decision. The General Sales Manager Frank Ritzert reviewed and approved the second round price we submitted as a fair price. Frank then introduced himself and while shaking my hand stated that his team was here to make sure that we were happy with our new car now and after the sale. He was very pleasant and sincere. He then said if I needed anything related to our new car, that he and his team was here for me. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! The Buick Envision Essence is an extremely inviting car to drive! I read that it has rattles and noises while driving at higher speeds on the freeway?! I don’t hear or have that issue! So far I like everything about it except the sun visors. They are too small to effectively keep the sun out in late afternoon. The ride is comfortable and quiet, good pick-up, and okay gas mileage.

The General Sales Manager Frank Ritzert reviewed and approved the second round price we submitted as a fair price. Frank then introduced himself and while shaking my hand stated that his team was here to make sure that we were happy with our new car now and after the sale. He was very pleasant and sincere. He then said if I needed anything related to our new car, that he and his team was here for me. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! 2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

2019 Buick Envision review
I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

2017 Buick Envision review
For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

2017 Buick Envision review
I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.

2019 Buick Envision review
This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.
