Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I had already leased an Infiniti car, and I had to return it next month, so I went to a dealership. The Infinity Manager was helpful, and the dealership staff also helped. The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I was having an electrical problem and he scanned my vehicle and located the problem. It was a screen and module that had gone bad. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.
