We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

Reviews low engine power. I took this car across 2 mountain ranges and it did great. On real step inclines it would drop 1 mph starting up but regain it before we hit the top. I had no problems passing other vehicles. Handled well in heavy rain and windy conditions. I'm not sure what the top end speed is, but it's over a 110.

Bought this 2017 Buick LaCrosse Essence used with 50,000 miles on it back in April 2023. Excellent car. Comfortable and great gas mileage. As comfortable as my last Lexus Es350. Too bad they don’t make these Sedans any more. Grab one while you still can.

A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

My third Regal, all Certified PreOwned, and all terrific cars. This 2018 has a V6 and every option available, incredibly comfortable seats, and since it is a hatchback, a huge easy to access trunk space. Uses regular gas and has been averaging over 30 mpg on the highway. Love it!!!

Bought new and now have 29k miles on it in two years. Zero problems so far. Get 36 mpg on highway. Luxury interior. With back seat folded I can get a bicycle inside. Regular maintenance is minimal; basically change oil and filter and rotate tires every 7500 miles. At 60 k replace the spark plugs. Only downside is acceleration. It could be better but it’s fine around town. If you drive with a lead foot and kick the turbo in every time you accelerate, I would suspect you could have turbo problems eventually. This is not a performance car but it does get you from point a to b efficiently, comfortably and with a slice of luxury for a very fair price. It is also very easy to maneuver in the city and very easy to park withe backup camera.

CarMax was prompt reaching out to me. When I looked at the car there was no pressure to buy it. I ended up getting something else and was quickly in and out of the dealership!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Awesome ride, good economy, seats 6, luxury leather, good in snow. You could say it is a one owner vehicle: My Dad bought it new in 2004 and drove it until he passed away in 2010. We got it in the estate with around 50,000 miles on it. My wife drove it to 116,000 and I bought her a 2017 Buick Enclave AWD for our anniversary and to take us, our daughter and her family to the Oregon/Washington Coast. I parked my 2007 GMC SLE 2500HD truck and started driving it. Great ride, better gas mileage, and leather seats!! I just don't need 3 vehicles for the 2 of us. This car averaged about 600 to 700 miles a month and has been maintained every 3,000 miles since we've had it and Axtel's in Logan maintained it for dad. I hope whoever gets can enjoy and appreciate it as much as we have.

We were very satisfied with the deal we got on our van. But more importantly to us is what they went through for us. After our purchase the dealership sent us our paperwork and it was accidentally destroyed at our house. It is unbelievable what they went through to help us replace what was needed. We couldn?t be more thankful for their kindness, willingness to help especially by sacrificing THEIR time for OUR circumstances, and regular communication with us throughout this process. I loved my 06 buick Rendezvous CXL. I got it used with 130,000 miles on it . For 6.5 years it got me where I needed to go and I used UT as a work vehicle hauling thousands of lbs. I even got a tow hitch and towed first an 18' trailer then a 24' trailer that I used for scrap metal recycling. It pulled both like a champ. I towed loads over 6,000 lbs with no issues. But all good things must come to an end eventually. I did most of my own maintenence, and let's face it, I'm no mechanic. I don't know exactly what I did to my poor car. It starts up , but that's all it does. I'm debating on weather to retire it or fix it. Mechanics are so darn expensive. And I don't know if I can afford to fix it.

I had a great experience buying XL1 MOTORSPORTS. I spoke with Frank by email and phone and he was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to wait for me at the dealership late into the evening on two consecutive nights, even though I arrived an hour late due to Central/Eastern Time zone difference (my mistake). In spite of this, Frank was very friendly and courteous and told me to take my time test driving the car. While the dealership itself is not very fancy I prefer a great price on a car more than an espresso machine and a fancy lobby. In the end, I got a nearly new (only 2K miles on it) beautiful car at an amazing deal and Frank was a pleasure to work with. I met the owner on the 2nd night and he was also super-friendly I would recommend XL1 MOTORSPORTS to family and friends without hesitation.

I’ve had two great experiences buying cars from Fritz in Fishers. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and very real. It’s easy to have a long conversation with them, just chatting about the business and about the market climate and etc. They’ve been in the auto sales business for more than 40 years and there’s many good reasons why. Most of the bad reviews seem to be written by people who failed to ask questions or do their homework on the ***used*** cars they purchased. All used cars have surprises, whether big or small. Fritz has a solid warranty on their vehicles and a dedicated service department, and will be honest with you if they think you would get better help from a dealership. All in all, I’m happy to call myself a repeat customer of Fritz in Fishers.

My '18 Buick Regal Sportback with heated/cooled seats & AWD was by far the best Buick sedan I've ever owned. Great interior trim design that compliments its exterior design. The factory 4yr50Kmi bumper-to-bumper warranty adds extra piece of mind but other than oil changes & tire rotation I had no other service calls. The Regal Sportback is a great road trip car thanks to its above avg interior comfort and great views around the vehicle from the driver's seat. Mine was fairly loaded as it was the dealers wife's demo. I traded it in last month with 44,570 miles and leased a 2020 Regal Sportback with same options as my '18 did, it has just 3 miles on it. Its a different color but has the same interior. GM really knows how to make great sedans & trucks, as I am not a fan of the crossover as I would purchase a Tahoe or Yukon before buying a Enclave, Envision or XT4/XT5/XT6, etc.

Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

Overall it was a good experience. I bought a 2013 Audi A4 from them, and although the car had a list of issues, I bought the car knowing full well all of them. I was unsure if I should buy the car or not, but Ralph made sure I was comfortable with the purchase by allowing me to take the car to a mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection. I learned about the issues with the car, made sure I would be able to fix them, and bought the car for a much lower price them what's normally asked for that car with only 82k miles. So far, the car has been great!

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I originally contacted Ed Martin Nissan because of my interest in a 2013 Kia Forte Hatchback. It was a beautiful car with low miles and in near factory-new condition. Our sales person Jay, was very helpful, no pressure representative. The financing was way better than expected, and after a thorough explanation of why we should consider purchasing the extended bumper to bumper warranty, we added that too (very inexpensive and well worth the extra protection since the factory warranty on the drive train only covers lubricated parts. With so much technology incorporated in today's vehicles, the extra coverage is a real bargain for a few more dollars a month. The car was delivered freshly cleaned with a full tank of gas in less than one-half hour. Had bought the 2021 Buick encore gx AWD brand and up to this point I've had 0 problems with the car. Handles great and get pretty much get in to any tight spot that bigger vehicles would have a hard time on doing.. Great on gas I save tons of money on gas alone so that by it's self is a huge plus.! I'm a big person being 6'3 and I have no problems sitting comfortably in the drivers set - of course my set has to be all the way back so can't have anyone sitting behind me unless they wanna get squashed.!! Sharp little car that performs pretty great and being from WI it actually drives pretty great on bad winter roads with the AWD on.. My overall view of this car since I bought it new is that it's an excellent car that most definitely can be trusted very reliable and once again you can pretty much fit into any small space and making tight u turns is a breeze for this car..!! Perfect car for City driving I'm happy I went with this car. Being a bigger person and being 6'3 I was pretty surprised at how comfortable I was driving this small compact SUV...

Yes and no if you're short and try to get out of the car your leg hits a little piece of molding that is below the door so if you're 5'1 you got bruises on the back of your leg also there's a little trim piece underneath the hood so if you're going to be Stones it's going to damage that trim piece all the time you have to take the whole thing off to paint it is very hard to reach the handle on the passenger seat is way back we had a Buick before was much more comfortable 2014 encore convenience I am not near a satisfied with this one as I was the other one

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.
