After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel was a descent deal of course I would have liked to have gotten more for my car and given less for theirs along with a few more concessions from them but overall I think things worked out pretty good.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

The salesman I dealt with, Rob Fulmer is one of the best. Strait forward, tells you how it is without any hidden surprises. He was honest, patient and very professional. He easily addressed all my concerns and questions and I would highly recommend asking for him to be your salesman. He was very quick in responding as I was inquiring about a car out of state and he made everything very easy and simple to understand. Out of the other dealerships I inquired about, it was like night and day. I ended up replacing my engine in my old vehicle, so I didn’t actually buy from here but everything was set up to go I just had to sign. He was honest about out the door pricing and the dealership he works for doesn’t try sneaking ridiculous hidden fees like some of these other places. I bought my 2019 Envision a week ago Low miles certified Premium 11. Beautiful car nice ride plenty of pep with the turbo. Moonroof is awesome. Glad I got it AWD is good in the snow we got here in Vt

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Great customer service getting my car in, ordering the parts needed and installation. When informed for pickup after installation, when I arrived , all paper work was complete, all I had to do was sign. This was a warranty repair on my 2019 Cadillac XT5 thermostat replacement. Would highly recommend this dealership.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Jose was great to work with, this was probably the shortest amount of time I’ve been in a dealership. Showed up on Saturday evening and test drove the car was there about 20-30 minutes, contacted them by phone Monday and I did everything I could do over the phone then got there after work Monday and was there 30 minutes finalizing everything. Out of those 30 minutes we did have to wait 10 because Jose was already with another customer. A no pressure environment and very nice people.

We bought a new Buick Envision Avenir a few weeks ago and it's a beauty. Styling is beautiful and it handles really nice. Interior is very comfortable.

This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Went by Quick lanes because of my mirror hanging off the frame. I was so happy to have spoken with Blake after giving that call to Schicker Ford to see if they would be able to repair it. I was in the neighborhood and Blake looked at it and fixed it immediately. Was very pleased with that quick repair and awesome Customer Service received at Quick Lanes!

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

When I purchased my dream car Genesis GV70 from this dealership I noticed how well kept the service area was. I only take my car here for service because it is professional, clean, organized and the staff is amazing. They do great work and often have you in and out in less time than expected. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.
