Very nice people who provide very nice service. I liked their coffee, and the wait time is low. They washed the car and changed the oil and filters, and now the car runs smoothly.

Our salesman, Earl, was very personable and addressed every question my wife and I had immediately. He also followed up with every promise made to us. Mike, the owner, also was very personable and even sat down to discuss life, politics and Earl. Dan, the business man, was a great guy, answered and explained everything with NO pressure at all. It was a great car buying experience. Probably the best I’ve had in my 3/4’s of a century. Beautiful inventory of classic cars. Even if you’re not in the market, you should take a walk through their huge showroom packed with CLASS including the personnel!

Cadillac of Naperville review
Found the perfect vehicle for our family, and the entire experience couldn’t have been better! From start to finish, everything was easy, professional, and stress-free. Max was fantastic to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, made sure we were comfortable with our decision, and never made us feel pressured. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be a hassle, but Max made the whole experience enjoyable. We drove away happy and confident that we made the right choice. Excellent experience all around. Thanks so much, Max!

We were selling a vehicle. Staff contacted us to give us a link to provide all info for the car we wanted to sell. They gave us an excellent price. ( as evidenced. By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.

CarMax NorcrossReviews
CarMax Norcross review
I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

Had a wonderful experience with my new vehicle purchase. Desmond was a great sales representative and helped me with all the tasks. While working with Jon, we were able to put the entire deal together over the phone and get final OTD pricing. When I arrived, everything was exactly as expected. As an out of state purchaser, they worked with me to get everything set up properly. Would absolutely buy from them in the future.
