I found this 2002 ETC in Phoenix, Az. 60K miles two owner. It fit my needs. Flew to Phoenix and drove it home 1378 miles averaged 24.7 MPG. That is better then the 2007 Suzuki I passed on to my Grandson. Ride is a bit stiff and noise level is more then I had expected. Overall a good value and looks good sitting in my garage. Advise. Read the owners manual front to back. There are things to do, to and for this car to keep it on the road.

This car was one of the most beautiful and reliable cars I ever owned. The Northstar engine always started and ran beautifully. It got excellent fuel economy as well - 26 mpg highway - until I put nitrogen in the tires, and then it got 29 mpg! Handling was nimble, solid, and luxurious.

The El Dorado is an amazing car for longer distance highway driving. The seats may as well be zero gravity. The only downfalls are gas consumption and price.

The high price of gas last year scared folks away from Caddys...this caddy gets 24MPG on the highway and cruises with 300hp. When it needs servicing I take it to a local shop that knows caddys. Don't trust it to a hobby shop as there are many nuances about all the electronics. Great comfort and reliability and overall not that expensive to keep.

Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. Always serviced on time and oil checked frequently, Along with the Anti-freeze, very important. To prevent head bolt corrosion.as the NorthStar is designed to use oil. It is a race motor, with lose fitting rings. Maintained, the Northstar is immune to wearing out. I have seen them with over 300 k on them. Still going strong. I was a Cadillac service adviser for 18 years. Last of the great highway cruisers, for certain. Car is like driving in your living room.
