From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Wanted to leave this review letting everyone know if you can get to this dealership DO IT. My wife and myself drove 10 hours one way from Virginia Beach to get a beautiful 2003 Silverado 1500 with 77000 miles on it. We also traded in are 2022 kia Sportage AWD so we wouldn't have another car payment. Before we got to the dealership we talked about how much the full purchase price would be and if they would be able to at least pay off the KIA. We send in a video of the car and they said minimum they would pay off the KIA. The price they told me was the price I paid . They didn't change it on me . They paid us more then what we owed for are Kia even though they didn't have too. We have boughten 4 brand new cars in Virginia Beach and 3 used ones in are life time. When it comes to getting another used car I will be going through these guys regardless of we're I live. #respect to everyone that worked there. You guys got customers for life from us. So if you want a hassle free , great reliable car. We're the dealership puts you guys first before making maximum money I advise you go to this dealership even if you're driving far. We did 10 hours there 11 back home and we couldn't be happier. Thx again to everyone that helped us . 2019 Cadillac XT5 review
Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.
