We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Found the specific, rare car for which i was searching. It was at Blasius pre owned. I had never heard of them so I took the trip from NY to see the car. This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

In 2021, I purchased my 3rd Buick Encore from Hudson. They made the process so easy. I admit during this period of COVID was an issue and the supply of new cars was limited. Thankfully the dealer did have an Encore that was in my price range. It wasn't the color I wanted but beggars can't be choosers during this period. They worked with me to fit my budget. In fact, my lease fee was less than my previous vehicle. So I was quite happy.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Our entire experience was just top notch. A tree fell on our car in the middle pf the night and we had to find a replacement. Not once did we feel pressured or ignored. It was the best handheld walkthrough we could have asked for, which was important because the last time we bought a car from a different dealership or deposit was stolen. This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

Negotiated over text message in a very professional, fair, and responsive manor allowing me to trade in my existing vehicle at a fair value for a CPO Escalade. First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review. We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!
