I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Dave Long was the best salesman I've ever had in my 50 years of buying cars. I got cold feet at the last minute and was going to pull out when Dave went to work and convinced me to proceed. I'm so glad he did. He did all the pre-delivery requests I asked him to do and more. Great guy with a lot of genuine passion for his customers.

This is the 2nd XT5 that we have owed. Our 2021 is a good improvement over our 2017. They have changed some things that I did not like from previous years. Overall great value!

I was looking for a used Black AWD and ended up going brand new bc of all the new safety features and added amenities. I also wanted the V6 3.6L 400 and not turbo so I ended up paying a little more but well worth it. You can't go wrong with the 14 speaker Bose / Nav upgrade either... it's awesome! Wireless charging pad is pretty cool too...no more annoying charging wires. Insurance is lower bc of all the safety features too btw... The drive is very nice - I keep it in AWD most of the time or (fun) Sport mode when I can get some open road... It also has 2WD or Off Road mode. I haven't driven in manual enough to rate that. The cirrus interior is beautiful especially at night with the ambient lighting throughout... the exterior lighted door handles and the Cadillac symbol ground light for the handsfree gate lift crack me up ...just a bit flashy for me. I'm having trouble parking the car straight coming from a higher larger SUV but I'm getting better...lol I got the car in April and I'm still learning all the features... learn something cool everyday! If you are considering it like I did for months and months just get it! you won't be disappointed.

I Just bought an F150 from auto direct corvettes and had a fantastic experience! We live locally and have stopped by often. I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We have been going through the car buying process for weeks, and Michael was by far the friendliest and most sincere car salesperson we have dealt with. He was very knowledgable about the car we were looking at, as well as patient and kind in regards to our desire to purchase or not. There was absolutely no pressure at all! The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Rides a little stiffer than the Deville. Has a smaller gas tank and lower MPG, but this is the big model available after the Deville was discontinued. If you like the comfort ride, this is your car. I have the Platinum model, and it is decked out. Still trying to find some of the features!

I normally don't give reviews but I felt very luck & blessed to have found Springfield Mitsubishi. All staff was amazing to work with, especially Patricia my sale representative. She was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable and informative. She went above an beyond to explain things to me and help me choose the right car for me and my family. She even helped me by referring me to a car insurance broker that got me an amazing quote for car insurance. Sue was the loan representative was clear and informative on the loan aspect of the sale and tried to meet my loan expectations. Honestly everyone there works hard, fast and efficiently; they made the whole long process of buying a car run smoothly. Definitely would recommend them to any family and friends. 5 stars all around for Springfield Mitsubishi.

Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Miller w Erica has my family's Ford buisness from now on.

Amazing ride quality. Amazing power! A V-8 sound like none other I've ever heard. Comfortable. Some writers complained of lesser quality interior. While I wish there was less plastic, the interior quality is very good. The entire fit and finish, inside and out, shows off what cadillac used to be, simply the best in the world. I've truly never had a car that I enjoy driving more, and I've owned more than 250!

Bought my 02 DeVille 3 months ago now, despite all my mechanic friends warning me to stay clear of northstar power plant due to their bad rep of blown head gaskets, eating oil, gasket leaks and just being generally hard to work on (ie. starter located under intake manifold) with complex electrical systems. I love the styling and with a perfect body, 9 code engine that was unbelievably healthy for 151k mi, I handed the previous owner the $1800 cash he was asking about 2 min after test ride I needed to check the vin. Awesome car
