They had the Dodge Challenger I was looking for - right color, right extras, and right price. After only 3 1/5 hours of friendly negotiations I was able to buy the car for LESS than my offered price. The only negative was that it was represented to me that the $795 alarm system was mandatory. In fact, it was an option.
This particular appointment, the service employee that helped me was Candice and she was excellent, she answered when I called to set up my appointment and was very helpful and then when we pulled up she was the first person to walk out and she was great. Explained everything to me as well as pricing and also called me later to follow up and give me an update, then checked me out efficiently when I came to pick up my vehicle. I realize this survey is only for this recent appointment but I wanted to take a moment to comment on my previous appointment as well since when I initially tried to do my review last time the system didn???t go through and I was unable to. Anyway, Wilson was my service tech then and he was awesome. He not only was very friendly and welcoming but took care of my car and even found a couple of other issues I didn???t mention but needed and to be totally honest, his helpfulness is what made me a repeat customer. He wasn???t my service tech this time so I wasn???t sure how it would be but Candice was great, too and if all of the staff at South Bay Infiniti is this great, I???ll be a customer for years to come.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the Cadillac cars and equipment. We were asked a number of times if we wanted beverages or coffee. Everyone that we came in contact had our interest at heart. Very excellent customer service.
Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.
Best ever experience yet! My husband and I happened upon OC Autosource on our way out to dinner for my husbands 57th birthday...all the beautiful luxury cars caught his attention. We decided to stop and look around, we were casually greeted by one of the guys, because thats what the atmosphere feels like, like your one of the guys. Tony came and introduced himself, very down to earth and easy going, non pressuring, yet very attentive as he took his time to show us a couple of cars (Bently in comparison to the Ghost). We eventually saw a car we had been wanting for years (2012 CL63 AMG), at the right price with very low milage (awesome deal). I told him I need a little time to make my decision and with no pressure at all he said no problem. Tony held the car for me, which gave me time to do my research.
Whatever we needed Tony took care of it. I was and am still please with my whole process.

I had a really good experience buying a vintage Ferrari 328 there. They were very communicative, let me have it inspected by 2 different mechanics, and delivered it from Anaheim to Los Angeles for me. Nick Eves was extremely helpful thru the process.
I own a Fiat 500e with a broken tire pressure sensor. Daniel Cerna the Service Advisor took care of me. He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will.
My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
