I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

Excellent service by the whole team. They worked on my car was finished sooner than I expected. The service manager was outstanding. The work was done professionally and the car was even washed. I highly recommend the dealership. The waiting area, features, free water, free coffee, comfortable chairs, and tables and very clean and bright

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

This is the most reliable car we have ever purchased. Still looks like new. Followed all standard factory service scheduled requirements. 55,000 miles to date. On the second set of tires. 2017 XT5 luxury edition.

I bought a 2025 Ford Ranger Lariat. All the all, the process was very easy and quick. Denesha was wonderful to work with and a great salesperson. I recommend contacting her for your next purchase. We arrived in the early evening (around 6:00) to purchase the truck she and David, the finance manager, stayed late to get the paperwork done and get us home with it. They are great people and made us feel very welcome.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Taking a 12-year-old CTS Sport Wagon to a Cadilllac dealership for service tends to make one brace oneself for the onslaught of potential sales pitch that naturally occurs when an older model comes in for service and the dealership is in the business of selling brand new ones. To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Thank you, Terry and the staff who worked diligently to get my car repaired and back to me well within the time frame that had been promised.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

Great experience with Bruno and Columbo when I bought my Denali. I was able to do most everything online and it was very easy and quick at the dealership. I drove 3 1/2 hours for this great deal and I will definitely shop here again.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Everyone has been very conscientious and courteous checking back with me to determine what I want and if I was aware of the age of the vehicle. They also informed me that their service department wanted to work on some issues with the car and that they would let me know what they did and what work they believe still needs to be completed.

Beautiful! Smooth ride. Elegant. A pure reliable luxury vehicle. The ride is so smooth. I love the look and feel of the whole experience in driving this car.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Everyone was nice and the place was extremely busy. We worked with Nick who was working with 2 sets of customers at the same time, he did a pretty good job of handling both. We test drove a truck and tried to work a deal, but it just did not get down into our price range.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

The ride is the best ride I ever had I have had many Cadillacs and the comfort is amazing little pricey but well worth it.

What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.
