Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Jordan Motorcars gave us by far the best car shopping experience we have ever had. From the minute we called to verify the car we wanted was available, then arrived at the dealership to the time we left, we experienced nothing but top-notch service. Our salesman, Mr. Dan Aragon, is a true professional. He was courteous and kind and never pressured or rushed us as we took our time looking over our car. We had anticipated spending the whole day at the dealership, as these things tend to go. But no, we were wrapped up within 3 hours. We had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Mr. Andy DeLeon, who worked really hard at getting us the most out of our trade. The finance manager, Mr. Al Garcia, was also amazing. We were bracing for the typical “last minute sales pitch” on items that we were not interested in and that never happened with Mr. Al. I realized hours after I left that I had left a personal item on our trade in, and Dan went the extra mile by removing it and holding it for us. All the staff we encountered were respectful, polite, professional, and kind; it was the closest thing to buying from a friend that you could possibly get from a dealership. We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Luis is extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions you may have. I've now purchased two cars from Batchelor/Sewell Cadillac and only returned to this dealership because of the most professional and courteous experience I had. Six months after my first purchase (and several times inbetween) I was able to call Luis on his cell he provided and he was as happy to assist me as he was when he sold me the first car. The service department's employees and very helpful and accommodating. They have a BEAUTIFUL lobby with refreshments. Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…
