Purchased my 2016 Ford F150 from them along with the extended warranty. No past problems, however, the day before the Christmas holiday my water pump went out. They got me in immediately and gave me a loaner to drive until my truck was fixed. I took it in at 8 a.m. and by 12 noon I had my truck back and I was on my way. Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

Overall a good experience. I saw the truck online, and contacted Larry Conley about holding it for me a night. He did I came to see it, was as advertised and I?m truly happy. One small note is that I didn?t test the wipers until I was already at home and the motor was out. Not a big deal, it is a `98 so some issues are bound to happen.

If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.

I have been looking for a new/used Lotus and one of the concerns I've had was finding a reliable service dealer. The best choices I was aware of was in Chicago or St. Louis. Upon further research, I came across Gator Motors in Indianapolis as a Certified Lotus Dealer and service provider. I happened to find a Lotus I was interested in there and contacted Brian Henry, the sales manager, to see if I could check it out. Unfortunately, the Lotus had sold but my wife and I still decided to visit. Brian was very gracious and took the time to give us a complete tour of the the dealership, current inventory, service department and introduce us to all the staff. Everyone was very friendly by taking a moment to receive us and tell us of their passion for Lotus and the other brands of exotics they sell and service. I was also introduced to T.J., their certified Lotus mechanic/technician, whom I heard of worked at Fox Valley, IL, and came highly respected. Brian further gave me a thrilling test drive that I will never forget in a naturally aspirated, slightly modified, 2014 Evora as well as 214 Evora S. I greatly appreciate the welcome I received from Brian and the staff of Gator Motors and feel confident that I will obtain the guidance, professionalism, sales and service that I will come to rely on when purchasing a Lotus. I think anyone looking for a good and reliable van this is a good choice,It will carry 12 passenger in comfort and the price of petro per trip is not bad !

We have always been pleased with Tom Wood Audi. Justin is our service rep. We love doing business with him. He goes out of his way to assist. I brought my Audi in for a recall and it was taken care of quickly. We will continue bringing my Audi to Indy even though we are at least an hour and a half away. Service and facility cannot be beat.

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

Jacob was easy to work with, not high pressure and if you've met him in person you'll easily see he's very toned down. I would say that if you do plan on buying a vehicle, get there early or during their non-peak time then you can get in and out in an hour. Not as fast as I've seen others work, but faster than several. The manager was nice, didn't follow me outside to pressure me to buy a vehicle on my initial visit. Even though the car was 'as-is' they did make sure that it went out the door correct and didn't just say you're on your own if you experience anything during the test-drive. They did want to make it right.

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

I bought this van 5 years ago with the intention to convert it to a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I got the conversion done back in 2012. Have had no major issues with it. I currently have 170000 miles on it.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
