I called Hudson Buick and they told me to bring the car over, they drop me off at the mall for a little while came and picked me up on my car was done. Great experience.

Every car purchase should be like this. Car was the lowest-priced in the market, even compared with lower-priced trim models. Fast response time. When I wanted to complete the purchase and trade in one visit, to save a second trip out there, Steve said yes. When I wanted to take the car to a mechanic, even though it was only a year old and had a perfect Carfax, Steve said go ahead. Couldn't get to my state's DMV right away to register? No problem, here's a prepaid FedEx envelope, send the dealer plate back within the next 2-3 weeks if you can. Highly recommended.

My salesperson was Matt. He was awesome. I walked in on random Friday afternoon not quite sure what I wanted to do and he was totally open to walking me through all my options and taking me for a test drive. I felt very comfortable with him... No pressure and felt like there was full transparency. I would recommend Ford Brewster so far based on my experience of purchasing. I have not had to deal with the service department and so far I've had no issues with my car. I like the fact that it was a smaller dealership as it didn't feel as "salesy".

Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

I used to have all my service (and sales as well) done at Ingersoll when I lived in Bethel. We moved to Naugatuck in May 2022, so I started going to Wow Chevrolet in Woodbury. Boy, did I immediately miss the folks, service, professionalism and honesty at Ingersoll! I will not go into the poor service, combative attitude, and just generally bad customer experience at Wow. Suffice it to say, I made it a point to drive to Danbury and book with Ingersoll. Your staff is customer friendly, experienced, and honest. Your service has always been impeccable and it keeps getting better and better. Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.
