It served the purpose of my needs: transporting flowers from my shop to destinations. Plenty of space to load flowers arrangements attached with easels, plenty of power and smooth driving when vehicle reached break in time (approx 20k miles). It also got good gas mileage compared to a 4.0L engine and heavy weight from the other brands. I’ve chosen this Nissan van over a Ford transit cargo van because of Nissan’s outstanding warranty (5 years- 100k miles) bumper to bumper. Overall, I’m very happy with this van and I had made the right choice.

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Preferred Auto on Illinois Road. We purchased a Ford F150. Our sales representative, Kirt Brazelton, was phenomenal. He took us to their other dealership to look at the specific truck we wanted, a Ford F150. There was no pressure. He was knowledgeable. He gave great service before and after the sale. He helped us connect with Ziebart to get a bed liner and cover for the truck. I would be doing a disservice if I failed to mention how outstanding the service center is. We experience it with our car and with our new purchase. We would definitely use Preferred again. I would recommend Preferred Auto to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

I visited Preferred Auto on a limb on Saturday searching for a very specific GMC Acadia (I'm very picky). Travis Hoover met us in the parking lot in the pouring rain and within 20 minutes I was test driving my dream vehicle. This is the first vehicle I have purchased for myself and any questions I had Travis was able to answer. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and professional. I stopped in to check out a car I’d seen online, along with five other cars at other dealerships. O Daniel was the only response I got within minutes of contacting them. Made the appointment, loved the car, bought it. 48 hours later, the others decided to respond to my initial inquiries. It’s a new world guys, try to learn from O’Daniel’s. They know what’s up!

I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O’Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge – Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn’t take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn’t ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O’Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O’Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O’Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O’Daniel came out to John’s desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I’d have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can’t think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After years of purchasing many vehicles from another local Ford Dealership I have become a happy new customer at O’Daniel Ford and plan to take all my future purchase and service business there!

Excellent customer service in the buying process. I communicated online with interest in test driving a couple used Fords and Jennifer and team had them ready to go when I arrived. Jennifer was great to work with throughout the whole process. Very responsive, quickly answering any questions I had, and worked diligently to make sure I was all set when purchasing my vehicle. My wife and I just bought a new Lincoln from Zach. This was an absolute great experience from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and we were treated as friends every time we walked in. Zach took the time to find out what we were looking for and helped us through the process of building the new car and ordering it. Once it was ordered he kept us informed on the status. And Nikki was great at the end when we completed all the closing documents. We will definitely buy another car from him when the time comes.

Chip, went above and beyond the call of duty kept me up and emailed about the 2007 Lexus RX400H . The owner of the business is very nice and a very honest business man . He basically saved the Hybrid SUV on a Saturday and my money was available on Monday . Not many Dealers would do this . Everyone at the dealership was very nice and very helpful. Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.
