I came into the store and there were several sales people sitting at their desks and did not look up from their phones. As I walked through showroom (keep in mind I have purchased there before and got my car serviced here!) a sales person jumped up and approached me and asked how I was and if I was being assisted. When I said no, he introduced himself Mike Zeller. I explained I wanted to trade my bronco sport for another or maybe explorer. He said no problem. He showed me bronco sport and I loved it! He said before you decide, lets look at the explorer. I said that sounded great! I was expecting pushy because I said I loved the bronco. He took me to explorers. I looked and said NOPE! We went back, he showed me everything. No games. Showed me why my trade was worth what it was worth. I said I have Navy Fed and he said that was fine. Again, not pushy! We proceeded. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Then, he called me and asked how the car was. He cared after the sale. Thats refreshing. I 100% recommend Mike Zeller and Sheehy. Mike, see you in 3 years!

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. 163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

2012 Nissan NV Cargo review
Great cargo van. the V6 engine is powerful. Drives smooth, quiet, comfortable. Good looking exterior. Cons: - Gas mileage too low: only 15MPG on hwy, 9MPG in city (not posted anywhere.) - No glass window on sliding door, which is really needed for right side view. - Dashboard is a little too high, while driver seat can't raise. - No exterior colors to choose, but white only, for NV1500 & 2500, like shown in brochure. Other than these, I like the van a lot after driving more than 1000 miles.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.
