Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. I purchased an accessory for my vehicle thru Ford, it arrived in a couple days at McGovern Ford in Lowell, I spoke with Brian in service and I got an appointment for the next morning. Lisa met me at the service desk and explained what would happen, got me a ride home, texted me a video of the installation, called me in two hours that my vehicle was ready and when I arrived Abigail handed me the keys and said you are all set and thanked me for using McGovern. I have normally been dealing with Carlos over the years and he is always ready to listen to what I need to have done to my vehicles. This is why I go to McGovern Ford in Lowell. The service team is great and I could not be happier.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
