This is in regards to an experience I had this morning with your service manager Adam Zimmerman - I had an exceptional experience with his professionalism and his care when I was in desperate need of help with my vehicle. He took time out of his busy day to help install a battery in my car that was unexpected unplanned and without an appointment and he did it with a smile. It is rare that the quality of a person motivates one to patronize a business but that is the feeling I had this morning as he worked in the cold on a vehicle he had no intention of operating on for a person he just met. There needs to be an Adam Zimmerman at every Walser Dealership. His act of kindness and service is something that your company needs to be proud of and I feel privileged to have the accidental chance to run by him today. If this message could be directed to him in some way I would greatly appreciate it. These folks are easy to deal with and very professional. I purchased a super clean Buick Lacrosse from them and could not be more pleased. My previous vehicle was appraised while my wife and I test drove the Buick. All that was left was to arrive at a mutually agreeable price for my trade in. 3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

These vans are better built than the competition. Granted Sprinters require a higher level of maintenance and a mechanic who is experienced with these vans. Also parts will cost more but they will outlast any other van if properly maintained.

We had an awesome salesmen. Explained everything and also redid the paperwork after I decided not to go with the extra warranty. When I got home from buying the car I noticed online the price of the car was less then originally charged. I indicated this and they granted me the lower price. I just got a check in the mail for the$800 difference.

Bought slightly used with1400 miles. Excellent performance with power and economy. Only problems have been poor undercoating and corroding rims. Dealer reapplied undercoating under warranty and replaced the wheels with take-offs at cost.

Came in with a deal in mind, left with that deal. The sales manager directed me right to Phil; Phil exemplifies the perfect sales person. Easy, roll with it attitude - quick transaction. Even the finance department was efficient and friendly without any of the high pressure sales pitches for aftermarket items. A+++ No problem recommending Phil or Eden Prairie Nissan to anyone.

Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.

It’s not a luxury truck. But it is a work horse they run forever no major problem even after 150 k. They keep going they get the job done. Semi comfortable ride too

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
