Buying a car is emotional and can be frustrating. The staff at Courtesy Ford was friendly over the phone and better in person. They let me take my time while answering my questions and I felt heard. The financing was easy to understand and they were organized.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

I just have to brag on Catrice at Courtesy Ford because she was truly AMAZING. From the moment I walked in and saw her big smile, I knew I was in good hands. I test drove several Bronco models, and she was so patient with me the entire time. She even had the heat started in each Bronco while I was out trying others—those thoughtful little things meant so much. But what really stood out is how hard she worked behind the scenes. She was searching everywhere for the exact Bronco I wanted, calling around and going back and forth until everything was just right. She truly went above and beyond and around the mountain to make it happen for me. Rick went to bat for me on the numbers and trade, and John in finance went above and beyond and made something happen that we truly thought was impossible. They all stand by their word and give their all to make sure you are 100% satisfied. And even after everything was done, Catrice still checks in and keeps me updated—she is so personable and genuine. The point of sales contact was very professional and willing to track any opportunity to assist with my purchase process. The finance person assigned to me reviewed in detail all documents I needed to execute to complete my purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about my purchase options. These two people made it easy for me to transition from a great sports car to a KIA EV6 GT. One recommendation to the car detail crew. Please use towels which thoroughly clean the rear window.

my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

Juwan, my salesperson was AMAZING to work with. It was a complicated deal for a myriad of reasons, but Jacob the GM and Noah in the finance department made it happen. A special shout out to Austin and Noah in service for getting a lost key replicated! The tech team here have the system down - we did a HUGE part of the deal via text and we were able to limit the in-dealer time drastically over previous purchases. The extended warranty and CPO process were icing on the cake and I definitely recommend working with them if a CDJR vehicle is in your future!

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
