I worked with Eli Guymon / Eli the car guy he was pretty fun to work with. I’m a female, the other places I went to look at a car treated me like I was an idiot. Tried to push me into a vehicle I didn’t want. Eli was patient. We drove 8 cars no exaggeration! I couldn’t make up my mind. I didn’t buy the first day we met. He wasn’t pushy. He followed up every day. I did go other places after Car City Wholesale and it took all day long to drive one car. They literally wouldn’t let me compare cars etc. Eli by far was the best! The car I got wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and there was a tire light on when we test drove but Eli got it cleaned and put air in the tire and there was no light on when I left. I think Joe was the manger. It was his day off though when I came in. I would buy here again. I bought a vehicle from Eli several years ago at another place and he didn’t remember me but I don’t hold that against him. He’s stuck with me now, I won’t go to anyone else. Thank you guys!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I had to get a lot of work done on my car -a Fiat 500 L- New headlight, oil change, back brakes, new tires… Scott was very friendly, super helpful, and respectful. He explained in simple terms what I needed and when The repairs were complete, Rolando washed my vehicle and scraped the shoe polish message from my back window. Larry was super cool when he brought my vehicle out. I really enjoyed the waiting room because they had on some old cowboy show and had a library full of books we customers could read. Cookies and coffee made the wait great. When my car had to be in for much longer to get the brakes fixed, I got a great loaner car, a Fiat Abarth Turbo. Overall, highly recommended. Fiats always come with a little sticker shock so that was to be expected.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly as advertised. It was what I needed and they were very helpful though out the process. I was nervous buying remotely and they took extra pictures really helped me feel more at ease buying sight unseen. They even worked out a way to inexpensively ship the vehicle up to me in the Upper Panninsula of Michigan. Melissa and Kyle were awesome and helped facilitate the deal. I was absolutely satisfied and impressed with the whole process, but Matt Cross was WONDERFUL to work with through the whole process. He kept in regular contact as I had a unique situation with my trade-in car and he had to wait on me for several days. Chad Cross was also great to work with through the financing. I was greeted at the door every time I came in. I was just so impressed by the overall buying process.
