On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

This Van is pretty cool I have lots of leg Room the vehicle have lots of power I really enjoyed the color, And I like a starting options from my cell phone.

Was a very efficient process, everyone seemed nice and I felt I didn't have much to worry about. Had a concern with vehicle's battery - they replaced it and allowed me to get it inspected at their Honda dealership, just to make sure everything was in place. 2 months in so far and no car troubles - I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.

I visited the dealership after seeing a vehicle online. I was not impressed at first because the sales man that the reception sent me to never answer. I called back. She sent me to Jordan Evan’s. Everything changed. He was professional and studious. I could tell he enjoyed his job. We drove a long distance to look at the vehicle. And after meeting Jordan and how passionate he was I decided to purchase the vehicle. Had an issue on my way back home. Called Jordan, he said bring it back we will make it right. Michael Zeller was absolutely great and funny, the buying experience was quick and easy. It was also my first time buying a vehicle on my own, so I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable and helped me understand the whole process. He made sure I was given the top dollar for my trade-in and made the buying experience super easy. Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

Pohanka does a good job servicing vehicles and will not force you to get something done. The service department takes care of your car till the end. My last visit I had a big white ding scratch on my passenger door from some careless person at the dealership but for the many times I've been there I have not had an issue.

I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.
