2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I highly recommend Tasca after having such a positive experience purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The process was smooth, organized, and transparent, and everyone I worked with treated me with genuine respect. Suresh was especially great to work with. He was calm, respectful, patient, and very transparent throughout our negotiations. There was never a feeling of being rushed or pressured, and he made the entire process much more comfortable. Jeff, the General Manager, was incredibly helpful as well and made sure everything went smoothly with my purchase. When it came time to finalize everything, Joaquin in Finance did an excellent job explaining the financing, paperwork, and available options. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and gave me the opportunity to understand everything before making my decisions. Overall, this was the kind of car-buying experience I was hoping for—professional, transparent, and respectful from beginning to end. I’m very happy with my Jeep and very happy that I chose Tasca. Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!
