2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. My only complaint is that when I received my car back (driven by a porter from Rohrman) the radio was so loud that I was afraid it would blow one of my speakers. He was friendly without being fake and professional without being overly formal. We spent a long time comparing vehicles, talking through maintenance costs, long-term reliability, and technology features. I appreciated how honest he was when discussing differences between brands instead of pretending every car was perfect. At one point he even recommended against a vehicle I was considering because he didn’t think it fit my lifestyle well enough. That level of honesty is rare. By the end of the day, I drove away feeling confident instead of uncertain, which has never happened to me after buying a car before.
