1993 Chevrolet Corvette review
I've owned comaros drove everything on the rd and I absolutely love this model corvette the only problem I ever had was having to pull the Fuze so the antenna would go down and I also run a wire to the fan and hooked it up so it would come on at 200 degrees. I was jus uncomfortable with the fact it might heat up in traffic with air running as well. All that said this car rides surprisingly smooth handles like a dream got torque even at high speed when u nail it.

1998 Chevrolet Corvette review
What can I say about the car other than its pretty great. mine sat for 4 to 5 years before being drove quite a lot again as I inherited it from my grandfather. With the time it sat, it had a lot of parts go bad on it. The windshield wiper motor needed replaced as well as the Transmission, cv rear axle, and the ac blower fan. The speakers are also blown from its age as well as the shocks are bad. But overall, I find it an amazing car to have as it was and still is my first car.

1997 Chevrolet Corvette review
I have a 97 Corvette I bought with 82000 miles on it. I have replaced the oil pressure sending unit twice. I have replaced all the shocks. I have replaced both gas tank sending units and fuel pumps. I have replaced the power window and power lock switches on the drivers side. The ac compressor needs replacing . I do love the car. It is Carmine Red.

2001 Chevrolet Corvette review
I have had my 2001 Base automatic since 2013, it’s now February 2021, no real problems to report. It had 34K on the clock when I bought it and now about 69K. I did change out the flasher/turn signal module which, as we all now know, was trash from the factory. I also upgraded all the lights inside and out to LED so I could actually drive it after dark! Other than that it’s bone stock. This vehicle runs like a scalded dog, gets 30+ mpg on the highway, and has never let me down or abandon on the side of the road. I have thought of getting a newer model, then, I bet behind the wheel of my 01 and forgedaboudit, I’m in love!

1998 Chevrolet Corvette review
I have had my eye on the 98 Corvette Pace Car for years. The Verrillo Motor Car Co., caught my attention with their fabulous website and then the listing of a pristine 98 Corvette Pace Car. It had never been titled and only had 1300 miles, in Excellent condition. I would go to their website every night for weeks to admire this car. I hesitated to pull the trigger and buy it. Then one day I noticed the car being sent to online auction and I called Joe Verrillo to plead my case for the car. Joe was so friendly and kind and agreed to pull the car from the auction. This was the beginning of a great friendship with Joe and Sunday Verrillo. My wife and I had never bought a car across the country and over the phone before, so we had to be walked through the process. It has always been my dream to receive my own collector’s car from an enclosed carrier right in front of my house in Michigan. Joe and Sunday knew exactly how to get all the necessary paperwork and permits done, even during all the COVID 19 restrictions. In less than two weeks my dream came true with the car delivered to my front door. Joe and Sunday Verrillo both assured me that the car was in immaculate condition. I can tell you I am a true car guy and so very picky, but I couldn’t of been more pleased when the car arrived. It was just like it drove off the showroom floor, it had all the original accessories including the corvette flashlight, the window sticker, and the corvette notecards, all inside a 22 year old pace car. There is a reason why Verrillo Motor Cars has been in business for 40 years. They’re service and kindness overflows and you can trust what you see online is truly what you get! 1991 Chevrolet Corvette review
My 91 has just over 100k miles and still performs great. I’ve owned multiple domestic sports/muscle/pony cars and this one is my favorite. The L98 is very strong and reliable, 6-speed manual is very smooth shifting and from a rolling start, I’ll put it against anything just for the fun of it. The interior is very user friendly with all controls within comfortable reach, minimal to none squeaks and rattles. The heat blows perfectly on your knees/thighs on a cold morning when set to floor, instead of just your feet getting too hot as with anything else. I’d drive this car anywhere and not worry about getting back home.

2001 Chevrolet Corvette review
21 years old with 100,000 miles and it still snaps your neck when you punch it. With the top down it is a joy to drive in the summer. Everything still works , even the cd player . With Z51 package and performance axle it is still competitive today. So many cars go by and rev their engines at you in challenge . Had a leaky rear axle seal and a noisy catalytic converter . Otherwise just normal maintenance. Great value.

1978 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought this car used in 1982 and I owned it for 5 years. I had the L 48 350 cu. in. engine and 3 speeds auto. I loved this car. It was a head turner, fast, comfortable and surprisingly good on gas. I averaged around 26 miles per gallon on highway. The only problem was the factory calipers. It was a common problem, they rusted inside the cylinders and caused a spongy brake pedal. Had to replace them with stainless steel ones. Otherwise, it was a very fun, beautiful and reliable car.

2001 Chevrolet Corvette review
Great car, Great price and BEAUTIFUL. Going on 70+ but this is the car I always wanted for myself. It is Black on Black and beautiful inside and out. It was Garage kept and that is where is right now with me. I love driving it on weekend and feel so wonderful going down the highway with the top down. If ever anyone get the chance look up 2001 Vette and you will love it just like me.

1996 Chevrolet Corvette review
Just purchased a red on red coupe 1996 LT4 with Z51 package and only 19K miles. Everything is in exceptional condition from the outside paint and body panels to the immaculate interior. Only one issue with switching the climate control from defrost mode and it's most likely a vac line issue.

1996 Chevrolet Corvette review
Mine is a forest green / tan top convertible with a manual tranny and LT4 engine. With 41 K on the clock and a boat load of oil change tickets in the console, I think it's got a lot of life left. Paid $20 K and have no regrets.

I initially spoke to Bill the owner and after a brief discussion I felt I could trust what he was saying- It was true- we struck a deal and Chris-Mark and Bill answered every question quickly- fixed a couple of items and got the car shipped (at a crazy low price!!) Exceeded my expectations and I'll certainly have no reservations about doing business again with these guys!
1999 Chevrolet Corvette review
Same platform as a C6 but with better styling, room, comfort, ergonomics, and handling. What used to be a state of the art sports car is now still a state of the art GT (Grand Touring) car. The base car is a much better car than a Z51 or Z06. Handles 90% as well but with twice the comfort. And auto trans is the only way to go for performance driving. No $400 clutch fluid changes every 2 years. And no $2000 clutch replacements. Better gas mileage too. I average about 25 mpg around town and 28 mpg on the highway.

2000 Chevrolet Corvette review
I retired a year ago and decided to trade my three year old commuter EV for a C5 Corvette. I had been wanting one ever since they first came out in 1997. I had to look all the way to Boise ID to find a nice pewter metallic hard top (FRC). I found it on Cars.com and made contact with Mark at the dealership Fairly Reliable Bob's. I flew out and picked up the car. Early the next day I started out on the eleven hour drive home. Never having driven a Corvette, I had a bit of a learning curve. The shifter requires very positive gate insertions, especially in first and reverse. The other surprise was the pedal placements. I found myself accidentally hitting the brake pedal while pushing in the clutch, and occasionally pressing on the throttle while getting on the brakes. Once I got the hang of it, it became a joy to drive. I'm a stock exhaust kind of a guy and the system on this car is pleasantly tame while driving normally, but wow, does it sound awesome when you get on it! It was a fairly smooth ride until I neared the Lake Tahoe summit. The road up there is in horrendous condition. The corvette was transformed into a resonance chamber. I was becoming concerned that I would need to pull over and retighten all of the fasteners. But, it was all good again once I got past that stretch of road. The car had a flooded lead acid battery in it which is a no-no in a C5. I was glad that it did not crack and leak all over the ECM. I replaced it with a proper AGM battery a few days later. One thing I was worried about with a car that sits as low as this one does is whether or not I could get it up and down my steep driveway without tearing off the front end. The answer is that it scrapes pretty good in both directions but doesn't bottom on the skid plates. I have purchased a set of rubber castors to mount on the skid plates. I just need to get that job done. To summarize: My other car is a Fiero GT and I can report that neither car is for everyone. However, if you are looking for a street legal race car, the C5 is for you. I'm liking mine very much.

1995 Chevrolet Corvette review
I've owned one for a while now, and I have to say that the only real issues I have are comfort and reliability. Comfort on normal trips is fine, going into town and such, trips that don't take more than 45 minutes or so are easy, but once you get past that hour mark, the way you sit in the seat starts to get at you. You feel like you want to stretch constantly. As long as you get up and stand every once in a while, you're fine. Reliability has been quite a problem for me, but it's an old car, and I got one at around 100k miles (89k). So everything's starting to break, or maybe I just got unlucky and bought a lemon. I have to mention that yes, I do daily drive this, which is admittedly odd, but hey, I wanted it. I recommend it for having fun, not so much as daily driving, it's just too impractical.

I have bought 5 classic vehicles from Joe. Just recently 1994 C4 corvette. Super low mileage. Joe and his son Zane are just simply the best. Zane is a master and the most professional, proficient young mechanic and man. He ensures every nook and cranny is checked. If you want a too notch corvette , simply no one better then Joe. If you want a car that he does not have on his lot , he will find it for you. Touch base with whoever is selling it and physically see it before any deal is done. What other dealer does that? Umm no one. Hopefully in a yr or 2, I will go purchase a C5 or newer bad xxx corvette.!!😉

1989 Chevrolet Corvette review
I am the third owner and I have had it for nine years. Stored in the winters mechanically sound. Handles great, fun to drive, collectors car. I pay $150 a year for full coverage insurance due to the age of vehicle.
