In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

It was quick and easy. Robert was a great salesman and very helpful in explaining the features of my new car. On the finance side, Marty was very helpful and there was never any pressure to buy any extras. Just a simple are you interested in any warranties. Okay then let's get you out the door. Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

I don't write many reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so good I wanted to write a review. I like nice cars and have dealt with most of the high end dealerships in DFW, but since finding Tactical Fleet, they are the only place I shop. I have purchased a Rolls Royce Dawn, Bentley Bentayga, and Lamborghini Urus from them, all were perfect. Great vehicles, great sales experience.

He is kind, thorough, and easy to deal with. Weeks later, on February 26, 2026, after a long drive from Mississippi, I met Sean Campbell, the salesman who worked with me on the purchase. Sean is a young, compassionate guy who listens and responds with a caring attitude. Without reservation, I highly recommend Classic Chevrolet and these staff members (everyone at the Euless location) who are attentive, polite, and engaging. When I flew into Dallas the following week to drive my Corvette home, Sean picked me up at the airport, had my car ready to go, and sent me on my way with a smile. Kuddos to Classic!
