Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
Jenn is the best ever! Ladies please buy your car from here if your looking for someone with honesty and integrity. I truly felt like she cared about me as a person and not just a client. I am a customer forever as long as Jenn is there. She sets the standard!

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Great gas mileage, love the space, couldn’t ask for more out of a car, the technology is great love the apple car play and the App that lets me open my car from my phone.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

This is my second equinox and I'm in love. The 2018 was quite an upgrade from the already great 2017. The ride is very smooth. I love all of the upgraded features: heated steering wheeling, back and front camera as well as an overhead camera view, heated/a/c seats, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this vehicle.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

We were rear ended while stopped at a red light by a F450 truck going approximately 45 mph. Although the car will not be driving anywhere as the rear passenger wheel was broken off and rear windows shattered, we walked away! Feeling thankful that GM designed this car to withstand this type of accident.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! I love the feel and the visibility it allows while driving. A big hit, al in all.

A New 2018 have not had it for a year and on Christmas this had me on the side of the road with three children for a hour. It was towed back to the dealership and they say I have oil in the antifreeze tank and the part is back order nation wide. I don’t want it back I want something new . It’s crazy three times in the shop and not over 30,000 miles. Now what Chevy
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. Comfortable, with all new console, camera, music, tech and safety options, plenty of room, great visibility, towing capability, stylish interior and exterior, flexible configuration, and good gas mileage
We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. My husband is 6'5" and I am 5' tall. Buying a vehicle that is comfortable for both of us to drive has been a challenge. And then to add to our problems, my husband has MS and must use a walker. So before we test drive a vehicle we had to fit the walker into the cargo space. Not feasible in most vehicles we tried. The Equinox fit all our needs and we couldn't be happier.
When I came in Joe Zekenovic greeted me. He asked me he could help me. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. Joe was very knowledgeable on the various vehicles I was interested in. We took a test drive on one of them. Afterwards he took me on a tour of the dealership. We then sat down and went over the lease options. We agreed on one of them. Joe was very professional during the whole process. Great to be back with Tim Lally. My mom was a GM retiree by the way.
