Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.

Kenton provided excellent service throughout the entire process. As an out-of-state buyer, I needed to be able to inspect and learn as much as possible about the vehicle without being there in person, and Kenton went above and beyond to help me do exactly that. He was responsive, helpful, and provided me with everything I asked for. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make a deal, which I’m honestly disappointed about because I really appreciated working with him. I want to thank Kenton for all his time, effort, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend working with him.

I had an outstanding experience working with Andy while searching for a car from out of state. Even though I ultimately found a vehicle closer to home, the level of kindness, honesty, and dedication Andy showed throughout the entire process truly stood out. He took the time to help me pick out the right car, made sure every detail fit my needs, and was completely transparent from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesperson who demonstrates such genuine integrity and professionalism. Andy’s trustworthiness and ethics made me feel completely confident in the process, and if I ever need another car, he will absolutely be the first person I contact. Highly recommend Andy for anyone looking for a seamless and honest car‑buying experience.

2019 Chevrolet Equinox review
The 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier 2.0 AWD is great overall. The 2.0 liter model is very reliable on the freeway and works wonderfully for family trips with children as the back seat is quite comfortable. The 1.5 liter model struggles to get up to freeway speeds in our prior test drive, but it doesn't feel like that at all with the 2.0 liter. The Bose Premium Audio does not have a subwoofer, but the speakers have a deep low range and provide the feeling of a full audio experience. It's quite entertaining when you are jamming out at high volume and your pantleg is rattling from the door speaker. Issue 1. The front seats are rather short leaving 4-5 finger widths from the end of the seat to the back of the legs which results in your legs feeling like they are dangling off the seat, whereas you want something closer to 2-3 finger widths. I am average height of 5'9", so this would be more uncomfortable for taller people. The passenger seat specifically presses into your right leg causing it to start to go numb after 30 minutes, so long road trips in the front passenger seat are quite uncomfortable. Issue 2. I have the 2.0 Premier AWD with every bell and whistle available, and it still "feels" like I am surrounded by plastic. I understand that Chevy is not a luxury brand, but the max comfort trim leaves much to be desired. Issue 3. The Adaptive Cruise feature will randomly disable itself in clear weather. It rarely happens, but it seems to happen for no obvious reason. Disabling Cruise Control and re-enabling it resolves the matter, so it is a minor annoyance more than anything. Something I found amusing - The owner's manual says to use 5w30 for all weather conditions above -20f, then has a caveat to use 0w30 in -20f conditions, and then on the next page has yet another caveat to use 0w40 in -20f conditions.

2019 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek review
The sales agent Kellan was friendly outgoing and tried to be as helpful as possible. However, since we had two trade-ins he admitted that he had only had one other sales that had two cars to trade-in. Billy his superior was throwing numbers at us going one hundred miles per hour. We had received a quote on-line that matched the cars VIN number but not match the MRSP. Billy was using the MRSP and we had top show him the on-line quote plus he wasn't willing to give us the a $500 rebate certificate that we found on-line and repeatedly stated that we needed a code from Hyundai to make the certificate legit. I told him that I had the certificate and he needed to get the code. I then asked for a higher trade-in value to include the $500. We spent all day goibng back and forth and my husband and I felt like we were cheated out of about $1000. We were not shown the final invoice with all the figures on it. The invoice was emailed to us and received the next day. We phoned several different people several times and our agent finally phoned us 2 days after signing the invoice. We explained our concerns and never received a call back and it has been 1 week since we purchased the Tucson Sel Plus. I wouldn't suggest that anyone buy a car fro m Beavercreek Hyundai. Customer Service is so poor and they are not easy to work with.

Tim Newman's Best Buy Motors review
Sergio was a pleasure to work with. I didn’t end up buying a car this time but will definitely consider them when I’m ready
2019 Chevrolet Equinox review
This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.
