Excellent service! I???m a first time leaser and my experience at the Roslyn dealership was short of nothing! All of the workers were extremely welcoming and helpful. The general manager, Joe Sgroi, was very helpful and patient with assisting me in figuring out what car was right for me. Ricardo Nelson sold me my car and not only was he super knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, teaching me my new car and helping me with insurance plans, but he also made the whole process enjoyable with his humor and kindness! I 10/10 recommend this dealership and working with these amazing people! And of course I???m in love with my new Chevy equinox!!! Exceptional Customer Service, quality of repairs and overall facilities deserves five star rating.
Since I have purchased my 2009 chevy impala SS automobile from NEW ROCHELLE CHEVROLET, I have dealt with Mark Cucinella.
Mark is extremely pleasant ,very knowledgeable, absolutely demonstrates an exceptional customer service.
Mark actually listens and interacts with each and every customer. He throughly explains in full detail exactly what service must be made .
I am fully confident that when dealing with Mark Cucinella, I am fully satisfied that all my vehicle issues will be completely solved.
Went in for an oil change one Saturday morning. Took about one hour and a half you might think that is long but they were busy and the professionalism of the staff and the clean waiting room made it OK for me.
The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.
