My truck developed a driveability issue just before a long weekend! I gave em a call and they said bring it right over a few hours later ot was fixed under warranty and they also had time for a oil change
Dave the sales associate along with all the members of the team made the experience well worth it. Minimal time and paperwork. PAINLESS. I went in for warranty work and was out in just over an hour. Everyone is helpful and pleasant and I don't mind going to this dealership. I have never spent more than 1 1/2 hours for work being done on my car and always 30-40 minutes for oil changes with appointment. It is very easy to go online and schedule an appointment or call and make one.

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Second time leasing an Acadia Denali from Moore GMC. Buying process was easy and pricing is right on the mark...Dealership is a bit of a throw back with the warmth of a family run business mixed with today's high tech world. Dealership staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a another enjoyable and smooth buying experience dealing with Jolene and Kendra on the business side, Dave in sales and Charlie in service. They truly take the stress out of the buying a new vehicle.
