Really good dealership. Enjoyed my time there. The salesman that helped me was excellent (Cody Caudill) I would recommend him to anyone. This place does not push sales. They let me look at what I wanted and didn't try pushing one on me that I didn't want.
I made the mistake of reading and believing what's on internet. I went and looked at this truck fearing the salesman pressure, I figured if they did this, I would spend my money somewhere else. I honestly checked the truck for at least 20minutes, I finally went to office for keys. Silverado was all the truck I wanted. I delt with the salesman I delt with over computer (Chris), I highly recommend. This was the best place l ever visited,easy transaction, communications, I want public to know this truly is a great establishment, Christy Motors (Chris) whom I bought Silverado from, thank you.
Listened to our preferences and delivered exactly what we wanted! Hassel free experience as Bob, Lance and Mike had everything ready when we arrived to pick up our new vehicle and answered all our questions! Love the new 2018 Traverse High Country!
Billy did a great job working with me. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase. I have been hounded by plenty other sales people from other local dealers for the past few months while making the decision but not here. I had to wait and have been talking to him for quite a while on and off. And when the time was right for me and my family he got right on it finding the exact truck I wanted. He not only found the truck I wanted but went above and beyond what I expected anyone else would have done. We will definitely be coming back next year when we buy my wife’s Tahoe. Great experience overall and great customer service. Couldn’t ask for it to be any easier. Also Mike in financial department is amazing as well. Explained everything to a T and was very personable. Once again no pressure with him either. Thank you again for the great truck!!
Roberta Parkison was friendly and straight forward, she was helpful and informative. When the vehicle I was looking for was no longer available she helped me find just the right one for my family. She never once tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Shopping for a vehicle can be hard, other dealers made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Roberta even went out of her way to show me how everything worked in the vehicle, even after we finalized the purchase, she also helped me set up my phone and voice controls.
Drove 3 1/2 hours to Stykemain Chev. to purchase a vehicle. The majority of the sale was completed on line. I used my own Credit Union so the dealer had minimal work completing paperwork. Eli and Jesse made the experience fun. After the purchase and drive back a few items needed to be addressed. They took care of it in a quick manner.

Dennis Recker is one of the best sales reps, I've gotten two vehicles through him, he and the team has made it so easy to work with Ford. They made my time important , always making sure I had all the info that I needed on the autos I wanted. I would send any family member and friend to then.
just wanted to thank aleesha,calvin,jim and cody for a job well done during the buying process. received fantastic service from all involved. I will be back. I found a dealership for all my transportation needs.
Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!
Dan & Johnny couldn't have been more helpful. Dan Hall was in constant contact with me and kept me updated all along the way. I had prior credit issues & most salesmen don't work as hard as he did when they come across clients with problem credit! That wasn't the case with Dan Hall at all. He went above and beyond for several days until I had to call off an Awesome Deal he had worked out for me because an emergency came up which I had to put my downpayment towards. That wasn't Dan's or the Dealership's fault it was my personal issue. Ben Davis Auto Group and Dan Hall greatly Deserve this review because of ALL the Very Hard Work they put into my deal I should have been able to make happen! I will return there when I have that downpayment again!
I was not able to purchase a vehicle but they treated me like a good customer. If I ever need a vehicle in the future I will go back there. The best thing I liked was the salesperson was very honest and didn't waste my time.
I had first looked at their available used inventory online before setting up an appointment with Mike McDonald to discuss what options I was looking to have and then test drove one, and found another vehicle at their sister dealership and we drove a vehicle to swap and the vehicle we retrieved is the one I purchased. I did not feel pressured to purchase any other vehicles but what I wanted to afford.
