This car is comfortable and has lots of room for my grandkids to ride in. I love this car . It is nice looking and rides so smooth with great gas mileage.
I purchased a car from this lot and it was a much easier process than I thought. From the time that I showed interest to the time that I left the lot my questions were answered timely and my time was well spent. Loreal was a huge help in the car buying process and her customer service is unmatched. As a first time car buyer I was welcomed and treated with the best intentions.

This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.

Great car , smooth ride powerful and fast with good gas Mileage for the power it produces . All the features make it comfortable and sleek. Great sound system.
We were searching for a gently used XT5, and Delaware Cadillac had one that looked great. Mike Cassidy was our salesperson, and he was terrific. Price, color, and options were just what we wanted. Cutting the deal was easy. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the car, the detailing of the vehicle was as good as I have seen, and I have owned a pile of cars. Put is next to one brand new and don't look at the odometer, and there is now way you could tell it was not brand spanking new. We love the car, and appreciate the professional treatment we had at Delaware Cadillac.

I only gave 4 stars because I would have liked heated seats LOL. I had a Volvo previously and it had a ton of bells and whistles. I didn't need all of that. Something to be said about heated seats though.
I was looking for a CPO Acura TLX All Wheel Drive. There are not a lot of them out there particularly at this time of year. I have been getting my car serviced at Elite Acura for years and have always had positive experiences.
I met with Giovanni Paparo and he showed me a 2015 TLX all wheel drive. He was very personable and no pressure at all. I purchased many cars over the years and Giovanni made this one of the most pleasant experiences. He gave me a better price than other Acura dealers that had the same car with the same equipment and mileage. There was no back and forth or "I have to talk to my manager, etc." He made an offer. I gave him a counter offer and we met at a place where we both felt the deal was reasonable. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. When it was time to sign the papers, Adriano did a great job explaining all of the additional warranties that were available. There was no pressure or trying to talk me into something I did not want.
Giovanni and Adriano are the guys to see if you are in the market for a car, whether it is an Acura or otherwise!

Great milage, bad traction & inadquate headlights

The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.

Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
Great experience and great staff. Very generous and kind throughout the buying experience. Would strongly recommend this dealership to others looking for a new vehicle. Great mom and pop feel from beginning to end. Purchased a 2008 Toyota Tundra.

I really like my Malibu but I had a pretty serious accident with it. Went to pull into a parking spot & accidentally hit the cruise control & car took off like a rocket! I had zero brakes, scariest 10 seconds of my life! I’m only 30 something & trust me, I hit the brakes hands were black & blue from grabbing stearing wheel trying to stop Vehicle! Had 8k worth of damage & the life scared out of me! No other issues but be aware of this! It could safe your life!
They're doing renovations so four stars for now. Both sales and service treated me well. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good used car. They saved me thousands

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
Joe, Henry and Fran went out of their way to make everything perfect!! I have to start off by saying this was a journey I’ll never forget!! It started in Florida where I’m from and I was originally going to buy a car in Atlanta. However, the car in Atlanta was not the car promised to me over the phone even through pictures and videos. I was so upset because I sacrificed leaving my family for this car. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ridesmart Auto which was my plan B. Joe answers the phone and I begin to tell him what my current situation was and how upset I was, he first called me down and when I was able to get back in a normal state of mind we began talking about the car he had in stock that I was interested in but I was very cautious because of what I just had gone through. He reassured me that the car was exactly what he was describing and for some reason I trusted him and I believed in him just by the nature of his voice. The only obstacle now was, I was in Atlanta and Joes car was in Pennsylvania. I took a deep breath and I told him I’m on my way!!! I saddled up and 15 hrs later during my road trip there I get a phone call from my wife that my 1 yr old broke out in hives. Now what???? I picked up the phone called Joe as I’m driving trying to come up with a plan because the original plan was to trade my current car in for the ne VW and drive it 24 hrs bank to Florida the next morning after we did all the paperwork. It couldn’t be so perfect right? At this point I called Jet Blue and a buddy of mine got me a buddy pass for the next morning to fly out of Philadelphia at 9 am. Brilliantly Joe offered to send his employee Fran (which is an awesome man) to meet me when I arrived at midnight at the airport with all the paper work in which he did and worked out perfectly!!! I couldn’t thank them enough and none of this would have came close to happening if Ridesmart auto was as flexible and reliable as they were. I arrived home and finalized everything with Henry in their finance department and my VW golf TDI which is even nicer than they described in my opinion was shipped to me and I’m now enjoying it more than ever!!! I highly recommend this team and dealership and consider them fronded for life at this point. Job well done guys ;-)
Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
I was shopping for a used vehicle for myself. My credit was challenged and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find something dependable ,more importantly, safe. Laurie was SO much help. She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
