Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of LockportReviews
Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lockport review
I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

I recently purchased a 2018 Infiniti QX30 and had the pleasure of working with Ali Abdulla. From the moment we connected, Ali’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions with confidence and care. His knowledge about the vehicle and the process was impressive, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure I got the right deal that worked for me. I never felt pressured—just supported. If you’re looking for someone who is genuinely committed to helping you, I highly recommend asking for Ali. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Zeigler Honda of Racine review
On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.
