I was extremely pleased and impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Our salesman was Jose Gaston. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Jose was dedicated from the start. I was pleased with how he went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a previous car from a different dealer year ago and it is nothing like i experienced today. He made the whole experience super easy, Communicated EVERYTHING so we were informed about everything. He made sure any questions we had were answered. He was friendly, Professional, and very helpful. Thank You to Darlene Janora in the finance department that went over all the paperwork to also making sure he knew what we were signing beforehand. She was very friendly, professional and made sure everything was understood and made sure any and all questions were answered as well. She made sure to offer us any extra services we may want to add. She was great. She made the last finishing touches to our new vehicle very smoothly and easy. Thank You Darlene Janora! Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Also thanks to Joe A. who was out sick yesterday. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the build process.

I just purchased a used Acura and was very happy with the car and the sales people who handled the sale. They respected my requests and didn't try to upcharge the agreed upon price when I told them I was paying cash. One of the best experiences I've had at a car dealship.

Giving Zack, my service rep, five stars for the very professional way he kept me informed at each stage and went the extra mile with the warranty company to get approval so the repair could be made in a timely fashion for me. I appreciate his professional and friendly manner. Many others in the service area and show room area could take a lesson from Zack. Smile and let people know you are there to serve. Bring back that very freindly enviroment that Fucillo KIA use to have.

Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

Plattner's Lehigh Acres-Preowned Superstore review
After months of looking all over lee county for a good car that fits our budget we walked into Plattners Lehigh Acres superstore.I explained to Phil Mazza what we had been through and what our budget was, he took a minute and looked at his inventory and made a couple suggestions. Phil helped up pick out a newer car in our budget. Jeff Deates took over and it was so smooth. They gave us more of a trade in then anyone. Greg Lehigh Acres, Fl.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

Jenkins Chevrolet of VeniceReviews
Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice review
Yesterday I purchased a vehicle from Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Devin was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the options without any pressure. They made sure I found the perfect truck to suit my needs. The finance manager was equally impressive—so friendly and transparent throughout the process. They worked hard to secure the best deal possible for me, ensuring I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Jenkins! Thank you for making car buying such a positive experience!
