This truck is perfect for me. Its not the loaded model but it has all the basics for a comfortable ride which is really what you only need for a starter.
We have bought many cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the best buying experience that we have ever had. Working with Jeff was such a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the many cars that we looked at and helped us with the process of picking out the best vehicle for our family.
Lots of power but good gas mileage

I really like my 2017 Silverado LTZ crew cab. It has the 420hp 6.2 engine and the 8 speed transmission. It has plenty of power for passing and towing, I get 22 mpg in all around driving. On the highway it is smooth and quiet, great acceleration.
The only negative is that the transmission occasionally bangs into gear at low speeds.
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!

Special ops edition of Silverado, nice vehicle, not many bells and whistles but nice. Does not go well in a small amount of snow, 4WD is a must in any trace amount, reliable so far
Woke up last Tuesday morning with a dead battery in a 3 year old truck. Called Zimbrick up to see if they could get me in to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived to the dealership at 8:20AM and was out by 9:15 – 9:20AM. Could not ask for a better service being I had requested this service at the last minute. I would give the service staff an A++++ for customer care.
But would give the GM Corporate Engineering division a D- for a poor electrical design that causes a battery to not last more than 36 months. To Many bells and whistles on this truck that are not needed.
If it were not for the quality of service that I had received, I would get rid of this truck for a new Toyota when my loan is paid up in February of 2018.

In 6’5 so the space a vehicle offers is a huge factor when car purchasing. The Silverado has ample room for my legs while still offering plenty of room for passengers behind me.
I can't begin to tell you how much my wife Lynette and I appreciate the experience we had with the Zimbrick Chevrolet staff in Sun Prairie. From the moment we first walked in the door to discuss our options, to the point when we drove off the lot with our new Equinox, the whole process was very satisfying. Everyone involved including the sales rep, sales manager, and financial rep were very professional, helpful and most of all...made the experience fun and easy. Jim Kauppinen needs a raise and promotion. Awesome sales rep! I'm 52 years old and have purchased a number of vehicles in my life. This by far was the best purchase experience I've had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends, and anyone else who is looking for a new vehicle. My father, god rest his sole, would be very proud. This truck is always super reliable and starts right up every time. Great styling and comfort inside the cabin with minimal road noise. Profit mace is great and for a full size truck the MPG is fairly strong as well
I felt they were very upfront an honest about financing, and how they could meet my purchase needs. The initial numbers of APR and price actually came under what I was initially quoted. I had went to another Chevy dealership and was told one APR and price and when I was about to make the purchase, I was given a very different APR and price.

Own 2014 Silverado and I love it but I've had alot of problems ..no matter how many times I bring it to the dealership they can't find the issues... running out of warranty and problems still not fixed..
I had been shopping around for a 2017 Chevy Malibu for about 2-3 weeks. I finally stopped by Zimbrick Chevrolet after seeing an ad on Autotrader. I inquired about the vehicle at 10pm one night and I got a response the very next morning from a gentleman by the name of Levon Crawford. Levon was absolutely amazing and very helpful from the start, he was able to answer all of my several questions in a timely matter via email. He was also able to direct me to the online credit application which, is so convenient and time-saving. He made the process so easy for me. This was my 7th time being in a car dealership and it was by far the fastest and easiest transaction I've ever experienced. After Levon's helpful service, he introduced me to Kris Ganske who had done a heck of a job with getting me into a new car. Kris was upfront with me the whole entire time. He was able to get me the best options on financing a new vehicle. He took his time to explain how the financing process worked and never did he attempt to pressure me into making a decision. He helped me maximize my discount advantages and everything. All in all, Kris worked his butt off to get me a great deal. Once I decided to accept the sweet offer given to me, Kris then introduced me to the guy working the magic with the numbers which was Matt Schultz (The Finance Guy). Matt sealed the deal with his honesty and positive energy from the jump. I went from excited to extremely excited once I met Matt. I really respect how he was willing to give me tips on how to take full advantage of the financing process in years to come. No other finance specialist has ever went this above and beyond for me. All in all, I had a great experience here at Zimbrick Chevy and it was well worth the drive out to Sun Prairie. I would like to give a special thanks to Levon Crawford, Kris Ganske and Matt Schultz for being a great team and a great help. This has been a long journey for me and you all have done well with helping me close this chapter of my life as I begin a new chapter as a young professional and I greatly appreciate all three of you. Been hunting for what truck I want for so long, I've narrowed things down to an extreme level. So finding one that meets all of my meds is hard to come by.
Jim Kauppinen provided great service and was very professional as he walked me through the car leasing experience. I had never leased before (bought only) and Jim was patient and covered all the basis. Ryan Howard was very easy to work with as well. He made sure I understood all the terms of my lease as well as talking to me about additional services that were available to me. Jim took me around the dealership, introduced me to the service department, set up my blue tooth, set up my On Star account and showed me how all the features worked in my new Equinox. Additionally, Steve Newby was helpful and friendly as I was waiting for Jim to finish up with a customer. He approached me and asked me if I needed help and once I told him I had an appointment with Jim, Steve offered to get me a bottle of water. Very satisfied with my experience.

I really loved truck well equipped everything you would want just didn't have towing capabilities that I needed but was fun vehicle very sporty z71 badging just not mad for pulling airstream trailer
Wanted this truck since my dad bought one. Great quality, very comfortable ride. 327 engine is slightly less impressive than the 350 engines in the older silverados. Notice a grab in the transmission when letting off and reapplying the accelerator, but mechanics say its the nature of that model. Otherwise very satisfied.
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.

I have 2003 2500 4x4 with 260000 miles on it that rides better .performs better handles better and is twice the truck this 2016 Silverado 4x4 is. It is just a beautiful peice of expensive junk.
My son came home from school, some six hours away over the Thanksgiving weekend. Upon his arrival, the brakes were making a horrible sound. I made a quick online appointment, for Friday after Thanksgiving, hoping that the car could truly be looked at on such short notice, and concerned that his trip on Sunday would need to be delayed. I called Wednesday early ans spoke to Jack. He said he would do his best, but they were very booked. Not only did they look at the vehicle, but Steve made sure the vehicle was ready for me on Friday. No small feat considering there schedule, but also with the unexpected amount of work the brakes plus required with such low miles. Symdon Chevrolet is truly a wonderful place. They bent over backwards to see that my son was back on the road Sunday in a safe vehicle. I am very thankful.

The truck looks great has every bell and whistle, only problem I have had so far in 3 months is the brakes failed 2 times that the truck would not stop. Brought to Denooyer chevy and they replaced the vacum booster. No problems since. The truck is under powered for its weight. Other then that it's been a great truck so far. Have had it 3 months and put 4000 miles on it.
Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I'm enjoying it alot and will deal with him in the future. Thanks Bill and good luck.

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
