I was looking for a specific GMC Terrain (Interior and Exterior colors) I found one at Beck. I requested an internet quote and quickly received one from the internet salesman (Chase). After further checking this vehicle was not available. Chase said he would find one. Chase looked from Orlando to Atlanta and finally located the vehicle (south of Atlanta) we wanted. We negotiated over the internet, price, incentives and trade-in. This was important as It was difficult for us to visit the dealership (we live in Ponte Vedra Beach). We had talked to other dealerships in Jacksonville. However, Beck was the only dealer that offered to look for the vehicle we wanted. The others wanted to sell us what was on their lot. We feel we got a fair deal on the new Terrain and a very fair price on our trade-in. The entire sales staff was very helpful. Everyone asked if we needed anything. All offered water. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Beck Chevrolet. We have already recommended them to our friends and neighbors. People in Jacksonville should take the ride to Palatka. It was worth the trip for us. Next time we will check here first.

Michael Early was incredibly helpful, texted and called back right away...knew all answers to my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and got me the best deal possible. I have purchased several vehicles over the past years from Bozard Ford Lincoln and always have a better experience then the last. It just keeps getting better with honesty and integrity year after year. I believe in that if it???s not broken, don???t fix it. Luis Crespo has always come through for us in service, salesmanship and above all friendship over the years. Luis Crespo isn???t afraid to say no when he knows what deal is best for the customer which gives you confidence in his judgement. brought my truck in for an oil change. the service was done in a reasonable time. I was disappointed that my oil sensor was not reset yet again. the last time it was reset was January 2016 and I have had my oil changed several times since then. my monthly report keeps saying I am pass due service even though I just had it done 2 weeks ago.
Visited car shop today. Staff were very helpful. Dealt with Tyreik Salmond, he was extremely polite. Had everything ready for my arrival. Explained everything and was very Profesional. Highly recommend dealing with him,when looking for speed knowledge and friendly service.
